Friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant is very clean. Plenty of free parking adjacent to the location.
There is plenty of seating inside the restaurant and a few tables outside. The restroom is clean and requires a code for entry.
This location can get very busy during lunch hours. Ordering through an app is available.

Great customer service, very generous portion sizes, and a very reasonable price. The restaurant was very clean. They asked if the gluten free sandwich was for an allergy and took proper precautions to insure maximum safety. 5 star

Maui’s second Jersey Mike’s location opened at the Puunene Shopping Center about 7 years ago.
ATMOSPHERE:
The bright & airy space is located at the southwest corner of Pakaula & Hookele. Parking is plentiful and vehicular access is easy. Seating is small but adequate.
FOOD:
Grilled Pastrami Reuben
I’ve had this once before at the original Wailuku location. Here, it tasted just as fresh but the pastrami was a bit dry. Even the bread that I’ve come to love was a tad bit parched, though not enough to sway me from ever returning. Being about 8″ in length, I couldn’t finish the sandwich as I was also having some soup with it at home. In general, a very good version.
SERVICE:
My spouse has been in here so many times that a first name was used in the greeting. LOL. They’ve had a few boo boo’s with past orders but nothing extreme.
OVERALL:
I still get a kick out of their limited topping selections compared to Subway. They’re a bit pricey but it doesn’t get any fresher than their deli-cut meats.

On our way to the airport and needed to stop by to grab a meal. We just purchased 3 subs. The main guy who sliced the meat was super helpful and even re sliced when we informed him of our original order with a smile. The other worker who assembled the subs was also super friendly and great!

I’ll have you know I am an expert new jersian having lived in jersey for 30 years. Well done execution of this franchise fast speedy service and the food was solid I got the 44 Buffalo chicken. The stubborn soda is a bit rough in root bear.

The place was dirty, dirty and dirty. Not a single table for customers was clean and the food prep area where sandwiches are finished was just mess. Worse, one of the guys cleaning then stopped to finish my sandwich without washing his hands..he put on gloves, using dirty hands, so what was the point there? I had a Philly cheesesteak and the meat was like cardboard. Ugh. Won’t be going back.
