I feel when you make gluten free/caulflower pizza shouldn’t be burnt, when I call SwW 9th Jorda said well that is how it is and said he redo it non guarantee if burnt wants original pizza back not acceptable!!!!

I order keto bowls often from SW 9th & Hubbell stores They are usually tasty & made to my exact liking BUT the bowl last night WAS THE BIGGEST TASTIEST MOST EXCELLENT BOWL! It was so good I almost called the store to compliment them It arrived in less than 25 minutes instead of the estimated 40 minutes! It is very rare that keto dietary restrictions are considered & your menu has 3 items which is very much appreciated! The only bad thing I have is that sometimes the chicken wings are tiny

This has become very quickly, my favorite pizza. The supreme is the best with the tasty crust and the barbecue chicken wings are awesome. The delivery guy was very respectful and very friendly The young lady who took care of me was very friendly and helpful, she explained how to bake the loafs of bread I bought. You guys are the best!

My order for delivery was was taken quickly and efficiently over the phone. I got The Works, Medium, Asiago Crust, No Green Peppers, Less Cheese but More Sauce and Crushed Red Pepper Packets. I was told it would arrive within 45 minutes. I was able to share some with a Veteran, former U. S. Army Medic , Army Reserves and now LPN that does EKG Interpretation at a hospital.
Everything happened as I was told.
It was $21.12 and I gave the delivery person $25.12. A small would have been plenty for myself but I may order a large of a different type next time to share.
I remember trying Northern Lights Pizza and Scooby Snacks for the 1st time when the owner and very efficient crew donated, cooked and served at the Hope Cafe in 2016. Besides high quality ingredients their crust is unique.
Thanks again Northern Lights Pizza.
I had the pleasure of trying something new to me on 3/25/2025 and I look forward to my leftovers . I really appreciate your delivery person and how efficient and kind he is.

Food was good enough. The employees weren’t super friendly by any means. They were there to do a job and that’s it. The reason for the 1 star review is because apparently the employees have never heard of gloves. Ew. I don’t need other people’s hands on my food. If I had known that was going to be the case, I would not have gotten food from there. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I made an order online, and it was delivered. And my Pizza was not done. I asked for it to be well. Done, and when I called in to let them know it wasn’t done the guy told me to call back tomorrow morning to talk to a manager. But what is I supposed to eat in the meantime? So my husband went up there and took the Pizza back and the bald-headed guy, he flipped him off. I don’t think that that is correct. Customer service.
I’m very disappointed. This store was one of my best places for Pizza. But I will never order pizza from there again and I will tell all my customers and my friends about the terrible customer service that we received
Thanks for ruining my nope

Absolutely horrible customer service, I’m here visiting Des Moines for a couple of days for business. I’m staying at a hotel for the stay. I was craving Northern Lights. When I was here in Des Moines, in times past, I would visit the Grand Ave location, and I never had a problem with customer service, so what happened tonight has me flabbergasted. Today (12/3/24), I ordered my food for delivery from the 4211 sw 9th st location. After retrieving my order in the lobby, I went back to my room. There, I noticed the breadsticks did not have parmesan like I ordered. I called NorthernLights, and the manager, Amanda H. was rude and dismissive from the beginning. Some of the things she said were, ” No, I put parmesan on the breadsticks”, “okay we will bring you another batch, but if there is parmesan found on the original breadsticks sent, you will be banned”. The manager (Amanda H. also did not want me to send her a picture of the breadsticks). The breadsticks only had pepper and salt flakes and oil. I waited for nearly 2 hours for the new corrected order of breadsticks, so I called back. I spoke with Amanda H., and she said in a snappy tone, ” they will be there any minute” Waited another 30 mins, and I called back, i was put on hold right away, I stayed on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up. I called right back, and my call was answered right away. However, the person who answered told me that the manager’s had left the building to do deliveries. I was told the manager would call me back. Waited another 20 minutes and called back, first thing the employee said was “the manager will call you”, I responded, with “I would like corporate’s number, my dinner is ruined because I used your location instead of Grand Ave. The employee gave me the corporate number, and then when I asked for her name, she hung up abruptly. Never received the right order of breadsticks. I’m still in shock about this non-existent customer service. I will be calling corporate to resolve this.
