The coffee is always excellent. However, there seems to be a recurring issue with the sweetness. Whenever we request half the sweetness in our drinks, it’s not reflected on the ticket, and the coffee ends up being quite sweet.

Mobile order. Drive thru. We have iced coffee, and requested no ice. When we got the coffee, it still came with ice. Chocolate cold form was delicious. Otherwise, it will be five stars.

Came through the drive thru window and was greeted poorly by a black American male , energy was aggressive and handed me very clumpy undrinkable iced coffee. I come inside and I told the nice young lady what was wrong, the drive through guy walked up and asked what was wrong and then laughed at the situation, and became hostile, he did not need to say anything to me he could’ve just stayed at the drive thru and not approached me at all. I guess showing off for the girls he worked with. He started. Asking me weird questions trying to get a reaction out of me but all I wanted was my iced coffee, this guy is clearly not suitable to represent the Dublin franchise, it’s an embarrassment. Please handle this situation or I’ll contact HR

Okay before I start, it must be said I am a big Dunkin’ fan! My kids love Starbucks but I don’t see the appeal. However, I still try to be objective when reviewing the different Dunkin establishments.
First off, the building was clean and tidy. The inside was open for dining and it was a nice quiet place to sit and enjoy a beverage and sweet treat.
Secondly, I did not go through the drive thru, I ordered inside. I find that it is easier to order specific drinks if one is talking to a person. With that being said the barista was friendly, direct, and understanding. She took my order quickly and went out of her way to make sure the drink specialist understood what I wanted. So big thanks Julia you are a Rock Star!
For clarification, my drink (pictured below), is a Med Frozen coffee with 4 pumps of caramel, and whipped cream blended into the drink as well as on top. I like mine to be bitter sweet. Definitely try it!
Finally, if there is a down side it’s the lack of selection with the donuts. But I still had to get some munchkins for myself and my tiny ones.
All in all, 9.5 out of 10! Excellent service and drink was made to perfection!

I am currently at the Dunkin on long shoals and I had to post about how rude these ppl are to keep and act like my questions as a bother! Not a smile or any emotion at all. I practice empathy a lot in food service. I was with mcds younger but this is just plain rudeness and not caring . The put my donuts in a bag! I will not be returning and suggest the same from y’all. This is my third bad experience here so 3 strikes! Great coffee and donuts. Avoid this location! I don’t know what went wrong this place since the remodel or what happened but the service here was absolutely atrocious. I was actually feeling unsafe if I’d complained as angry as they got when I bothered them with my business. This was nothing but ice. With a dash of coffee!! And brownie batter. These donuts were fred Flintstones tires!! They are dry and old. Pls find a better location for Dunkin fix.

Dunkin has gone up in price and gone down in quality. The store we visited was understaffed, not for the first time in recent memory, and the workers were stressed and low on a lot of stock for 11 AM. We paid $15 for two iced drinks and some donuts, and my donut came with the icing sliding off. While this may be tenable for some people, the quality of this fast food dessert is no longer worth the price for me. There are local donut shops in almost every town who provide more options for a lower price.
