I used to enjoy this place a lot, but the last few times I had went, they weren’t very pleasant. I thought perhaps things have improved since I last went. Boy, was I wrong! I called in my order and without confirming my order, the woman just said “20 minutes” and hung up. I go to pick up my order and I receive no greeting whatsoever. I tell the woman with the short curly hair that I’m picking up a carryout order and point to the bag on the counter. She rings me out, I hand her my card, she doesn’t hand me back the card, but puts it on the counter and without a word, waves her hand at the bag basically signaling I can take it. No “thank you” or any type of pleasantries. The customer service is severely lacking.

My dining partner and I both had the lunch specials – Kung pao with tofu and Pad See Eiw with chicken. Lots of food for the lunch special price – includes a bowl of miso soup and a small salad with ginger dressing. I like how my dish was served in a bento box – pretty cool. Only one person serving both dine in and take out but wasn’t super busy and she was efficient.

I love this place! My husband and I are pretty regular customers for over 10 years and we never had a bad meal at Siam Paragon. Super friendly owners and servers – great food variety – Japanese, Thai, Chinese and Korean. Everything is very fresh and tasty. Also big bang margaritas and liche martinis are strong and delicious. I highly recommend Siam Paragon – it’s a true Evanston gem.

I love sushi, and food here. You will love all kinds of sushi. Also the food is great. It is not super cheap, but affordable and compare to quality, it is great.

I got delivery so I can’t speak to the vibes. It got here fast enough, the rolls were reasonably priced (they seemed maybe a little bit smaller to me so just order accordingly if you’re really hungry), the fresh salmon was soooo rich and creamy, and idk if this is on them but I always tell people to call instead of just leaving it at the door with no notice and this one actually did. (Also they have Thai iced coffee and I loooove Thai iced coffee.) A great afternoon pick me up.

We had really amazing lunch with a really good price deals. Like BOGO sushi rolls and $10 lunch specials. The food itself was really delicious. The sushimi is very high quality and for the price can not be beaten. I would highly recommend the Orange sauce stir fry with Chicken. It’s a simple dish that gives you a very filling and delicious meal.

I love Siam Paragon. My family and I come here all the time for sushi. It’s always delicious, my mom loves the drinks the server Jay makes. It’s a great place to come with family, or even by yourself or on a date. The owners are a very kind family.
