Food was absolutely horrible. The fish was raw and uncooked, see attached photos! Save your time and money.Had to go home and finish cooking the fish in the air fryer to keep from wasting our money. It was absolutely disgusting even after cooking it again!

10/10 recommendation!!! Go support this local business!!! I typically order their wings, which are fire, but I wanted to try something new. I ordered the suya and jalapeño poppers (pictured). The meat is so tender and juicy and the poppers are delicious as well. I paid extra for extra of them because I knew it would slap and I’m so happy I did because I want endless of both of them. A neighbor staple in the making. Gold Coast is some of the best late-night food I’ve had in the city. Everything I had was full of flavor and a generous portion for the price! The owner is so kind and genuinely cares about giving his customers quality food and professional service. I had the chicken and waffles, chicken Philly and fries, with a side of plantain, and slushies. I’m very excited to try everything else on the menu!

We waited for 45 minutes to get our food. When we arrived we were the only car there, and only one other car pulled up during our wait. I was hoping that the food would be worth the wait, but it was disgusting. We had burgers that were so unbelievably salty and fries that merely tasted like grease, that we couldn’t even eat them. Save your money and find another local place to spend your money.

My daughter and I, first time ordering food on 7/29/25, which consists Perch and Okra and Jollof Rice, after paying for my order I was told that they didn’t have any Jollof Rice, and they couldn’t take it off nor refund me but they offered free bottled lemonade. The Perch and Okra were fried hard, which I didn’t care for. My daughter ordered fried chicken wings and she was very satisfied. The music was playing way too loud where the cashier couldn’t hear me ordering our food.

Ordered a takeout for 6 piece wings, and a chicken teriyaki sub. The wings were awesome, but the bread for the sub wasn’t great. It felt very dry. The flavor was good though.
