I worked at a Dairy Queen myself back in high school (about 14 years ago) &if our cars were in the drive thru for more than 3 minutes, their blizzards were free. Not only did we wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru, but when we finally got to the window we were informed they had no ice cream…. which was highly confusing considering i just witnessed the car in front of us get their blizzard. Tonight, this Dairy Queen pulled a McDonald’s. You literally go to Dairy Queen for the ice cream &then find out they have food too. Very strange experience.

We were in on a Friday night. Wasn’t busy. We ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae and a banana split. Both were good, just could’ve used a little more toppings. The employees were very friendly and the store was very clean. Will definitely return.

Great food that was hot and fresh. The wait for it to be made took a little while. But the service was quick and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and we’ll lit. They have inside and outside seating. You can get a wide variety of frozen desert cakes go to go.

Ahh DQ. Road trips. Fun nights. Summer time. Always fun! However, today, my son’s drink was not to his liking. Tonight was a make or break experience with DQ for us.
The goal of the vast majority of food establishments is a happy customer; that they enjoy their food, especially their treats! So, I told him to go back in with dad and to politely tell them that this did not satisfy his desire for the evening treat – the money we spent for was for a yummy treat that he would like.
The young lady staff member was unhappy (ticked off) that we were not willing to spend another $5 for a treat to replace the one we didn’t like. BUT she went and spoke with someone. That person gave the approval to go ahead and exchange it for us. Wow! Thank You!! Wish we’d gotten your name. We will be back. You took care of us and my son thoroughly enjoyed his dessert

Went for a birthday yesterday and wish we could give zero stars. Turtle Pecan Blizzard had rancid pecans in it, meaning they aren’t storing food safely. So disappointing and inedible. None of the blizzards in our order were fully mixed either. Toppings only in the top 1/3 of the cup.

It’s a little sad to say that DQ is a bit hard to find in the Memphis area. This one is a favorite stop for my family, and though it’s a 10 mile drive out of our way sometimes, we find ourselves gravitating here for the fast friendly service and the amazing Blizzards they give out through that little window.
Occasionally we’ve made the choice to stop in, and the people inside are just as friendly as the ones at the window. The tables and seats are always clean, the AC is always cold, and the food is just as fresh. I like the atmosphere in there, and the wall signs to stare at while we eat.
