First time coming,
Honestly Cassidy (hope that’s spelled right) made it so easy for me to order, good music playing and it’s super welcoming. She helped me with all types of options, best sellers, flavors, and personal favorites.
I’m not a big Oreo fan but she recommended the Oreo shake and a great tea combination. Ended up loving both and feeling so full. The price is basically what you would pay for a healthy meal!
I will 100% be coming back, thanks to Cassidy for making it super welcoming and easy to order!

My body doesn’t really deal well with certain proteins sometimes, so I went there one time to try it out. I got something off the kid’s menu (the Cinderella in case you were wondering) and I must say it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. It had the balance of a lightweight drink (that’s healthy) with a good fruity flavor. I’d definitely come back here another time because it is honestly so good!

Lovely little spot! Clean, friendly, and a decent menu. The shakes are yummy and worth trying. I do recommend for anyone getting into fitness, life on the go, or even just to try something different.

I enjoyed the shake and tea i purchased very much. I liked that not everything has nuts added like some other places and some options include fresh fruit(strawberry section) I plan on trying the strawberry cheesecake next time. Marlene was very willing to help me make a choice, she took the time to help explain everything to me and list the ingredients in what i was interested in. Definitely recommend the watermelon tea!! (under the pomegranate section)

They are kind and it tastes good, but not a safe place for any allergies or intolerances. I told the girl I can’t eat gluten but I know the shakes with vanilla powder are gluten free, so I ordered a banana pudding shake, after telling her I couldn’t eat gluten and her assuring me my shake was gluten free, but she put graham cracker or some other ingredient in it that made me very sick. Other than that it’s a great place and luckily it’s not an allergy that could kill me. Just be careful ordering with any dietary restrictions.

stopping here was a total surprise… I didnt realize that it was a protein shop,.. i tried the mocha cafe, which was absoluletly delicious. I was hesitent to try it, but, why not… I have alway been a person who always leaves drinks in the bottom of the cups… I did not do that with this drink…. now that says a lot about me. worth the money.
