Don’t have one
I don’t know how it is in the bigger cities from ordering off the Taco Bell app for delivery but we keep getting told that it’s a doordash thing anyone that lives around Gravette might want to make sure that somebody’s doordashing because if not your order is going to set up there and get cold. And even though Taco Bell partnered with doordash it is still doordash that you got to deal with if your order don’t get picked up. Get ready for the runaround because the manager down here and Gravette I believe his name is Wes doesn’t know how to give a refund what a manager.

Same thing Jeff Brown and others wrote happened to me. The service was horrible horrible. I’ve written several low scoring surveys but they retain the same horrible staff despite the complaints. I pull in around 9 PM or 10 PM. Order food through drive thru. Pull up to window. The person just opens their hand waiting for my card. They don’t say hi. They don’t say how you doing. They don’t smile. They don’t make eye contact. I hand them my card. I get the card back. Then the person looks over my head as if they’re looking up into the sky and reaches out handing me the bag and closes the window door; treating people like a number. They did not say a single word between the time the window first opened and when it closed. What’s this employee’s name you ask? Well the receipt said ‘Billie Jean’. And it isn’t the first, or the 2nd, or the 3rd time it’s happened. It’s happened a lot.
Also, what others said here is true too. Like the food is lukewarm at best if you come at night. I would just guess what’s happening is that the employee is breaking down their food line early so that when it’s time to clock out they can leave faster (they can close down faster). As a result, the food is probably not kept at good temperatures and you’re risking food borne illneses. AND they raised the prices. So you’re paying more for cold food made in a sloppy way by short handed staff who doesn’t care about you. Like, stale tortillas, as if they carelessly leave the bag open on the counter all day not sealed letting the tortillas get stale. Not an even distribution of the ingredients. Careless handling of the food items (literally throwing burritos down into the bag so when the customer gets them they’re flattened like pancakes). This is my experience after many years of giving them chances. Like i get mad and don’t go back for months. Come back and it’s even worse than the last time…

Food is never hot. I feel like y’all don’t even steam your tortillas or taco shells you just through food it them and send it out. Food is usually always wrong and it comes out cold Y’all get called the worst Taco Bell around for a reason.

The manager on duty tonight was amazing. She made sure I was taken care of. They missed 2 things on my order and I went back to get it. Well the other workers apparently think I can’t afford to pay for my own food and I’m trying to get free food out of them by complaining that they remember making it when I ordered 2 of each item missing and only got one of each. I don’t appreciate being treated like a thief who lied to get free food. Maybe make it right the first time and this wouldn’t have happened ♀️

My Boyfriend surprised me with some food from taco bell today (8.23.24, 10:30pm) he ordered me what I usually get. Now, I’m not ungrateful, or usually picky .. but the crunch wrap they made had Nothing in it, I literally had to open it to see what was even in it. It was basically just a cheesy tortilla with a soggy tostada inside, there was no meat, like 15 shreds of lettuce, literally 6 tomatoes.. biting into it felt like I was just eating a rather tough tortilla with nacho cheese. The other thing was, in the $5 box I had those cheesy potatoes, I usually give these to my daughter but whoever made these tonight had put hot sauce in the bottom of the little cup and so she couldn’t eat them. She also had a bean and cheese burrito, she couldn’t eat that either because it too had hot sauce in it..

As always there is barely anyone there. I ordered on the app. Walked in to pick up no one and i mean no one was even in the place. I yelled hello any one here 3 xs before a man came in. My food was ready but they totlly skipped my drink after asking a girl walk in the back door and went straight to getting it for me. She was very nice. Seemed annoyed at the others for skipping a drink again?? If there was another toco bell around i would go there instead.. bad staff (except the girl)

Best taco Bell I’ve been to. We were in town picking something up and stopped there for lunch. The gentleman who helped me really came through for me and made a product that’s no longer on the menu (even though they have all the ingredients). Everything was made beautifully and it was so delicious. Usually(at other locations) you get tacos with hardly any meat in it with lettuce on one side and cheese on the other but not this time. They did a really good job at this location.

Food was all cold and I paid extra for everything to be specific and they did less than the bare minimum if I have a choice in the future I would never order from them again.
