Holy, great balls of fire, the new Twix Papa Bites are unbelievable! These things melt in your mouth with the warm carmel oozing down the side of your mouth. They can’t be beat. I ordered an extra cup of carmel but don’t waste your money there is plenty with one cup and all the carmel they pour all over them. By the time you are done, you need to take a shower. You are so sticky and feel so good after eating them. Buy one order for every person at the party because you will not want to share! The Shaq-a-roni is a great pizza for all you pepperoni lovers. The breadsticks are okay. They also have diet dew, so you don’t feel the guilt of eating them Twix Papa Bits. DON’T WAIT GET THEM TWIX PAPA BITES BEFORE THEY ARE GONE! PAPA / SHAQ DON’T SCREW THIS UP AND TAKE THEM AWAY!!!!!

Impolite staff & incredibly slow wait times. Prioritize other orders meanwhile customers are standing inside of the store waiting for over 30 minutes despite ordering ahead of time only to be told you’re order is next several times.

The food is always nice and fresh. The only complaints I have; the app never works with the Papa Tracking and whenever I order and do the no contact dropoff, they either set it outside and never text me to tell me it is out there even after requesting they do so and bugs will get it or they will continue to knock on the door until someone answers, which wouldn’t be bad if I didnt work from home and could leave my desk whenever.

The workers are flat out rude I have held off on doing this given them many times to correct the mistake but this is the last time I call over something not being done correctly and each time I have called they are rude to me arguing with me over what some pizza and wings that they couldn’t get right. There is no need to be rude to your customers for y’all’s mistakes and ik mistakes happen but being rude over it is not ok I work fast food my self and ik if someone was to call my store and I said well to bad or that it’s their fault that they forgot something I would be in trouble NEED MORE POLITE EMPLOYEES and I should have gone to marryville papa John’s where the wings actually have sauce on them

Pizza was undercooked. I called to let them know and was told that was not possible as the oven had been overcooking everything. No apology, no offer to replace and no customer service. I emailed a complaint and the reply was short, curt and accused me of lying. From now on I’ll be order from Papa John’s in Kingston or Domino’s in Loudon as I have received excellent product and service from both.

Order a pepperoni pizza for my 8 year old son and when it finally comes a hour later it’s a cheese pizza my son won’t eat. Call the store the girl was incredibly rude left me on hold for 15 minutes hoping I’d hang up and they wouldn’t have to deal with me for them to tell sorry even though it clearly says on receipt on box pepperoni pizza theres nothing we can do and hangs up on me. I’ll never order from this place again, it’s disgusting how I was treated after paying nearly 30 dollars for a pizza

NY STYLE with extra cheese plus jalapeño and pepperoni and sausage was excellent! It’s that sweet foldable crust and I added pepperoni sausage and jalapeño. The sausage wasn’t Italian so be specific if you want that.

Quality has gone down. This used to be one of my favorite spots to get pizza and I don’t think I will be ordering here again. There was a DISGUSTINGLY long hair baked into our pizza which ruined everyone’s appetite. I understand stuff happens, but that doesn’t make it any less gross.
