Gluten Free Haven!
It was such a a relief to go to a place where I can eat anything on the menu (except the risotto). A variety of meals, chicken, fish and beef. Vegan items. GF desserts! Beer and wine list (I had sparkling water). Mussels were a special that my husband had. I had the Lemon Rosemary Chicken with mashed root vegetables and the butternut squash salad. Large portions. I could only eat half my chicken dish. Everything was delicious!
Service was exceptional!

Service was personable with great recommendations. Food was delicious – best portobello mushroom sandwich I’ve had in a long time! It was flavorful and juicy on a thick roll with some kind of slaw. The hot mess was equally enjoyable. The lemonade was fresh and homemade- not too sweet or tart. We will definitely be back!

Excellent in every way. The food is fresh, flavorful and delicious. Even better than I expected. I’ve enjoyed 9 Miles East’s To Go boxes many times throughout the years but this was my first visit to their cafe. If I lived closer I’d be a true regular! Excited to try more of the menu on future visits – the pizzas that others were enjoying looked fantastic – and even more excited to have 9 Miles East cater my wedding this summer!! My wife told me about this hidden gem in Saratoga for pizza and I didnt believe her. I got a barnyard pizza and a side of hot honey. The pizza was so good. The sausage was local and it waa way better then any ive had before. The bread was a sourdough bread and very thin which I love because it doesn’t overpower the sauce or toppings. They also have meal prep options and will deliver them to you. Highly recommend this place if you want a pizza and are in town.

First experience and the meal was delicious! We had the a coffee and a latte and although the coffee was strong it was smooth andnhad a great flavor for both!! We then had the Breakfast hero which was Scrambled local eggs, roasted veg, herb pesto, fontina cheese, nitrate-free ham on house-made sourdough roll. Very good and a hearty sandwich!! I had the hot mess which is a base of Roasted vegetables with a poached egg, topped with house-made pesto then added sausage, ham, chimichurri and parmesan cheese. Savory and succulent! The only negative was the sourdough was cold though still tasty I would of rather had it a little warmer! We then had a chocolate chip cookie and a oatmeal raisin cookie+! Delish!! We will be back wanted to do brunch but I wasn’t hungry enough for the array lined up with that.

While in Albany, we were searching for dairy-free and gluten-free options and came across 9 Miles East, and we are so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. I had no idea white beans could be used as a cheese alternative on pizza, but it was incredible. The gluten-free crust was perfectly done, and the sauce was full of flavor.

Updates: stopped on the way back and my salad wasn’t fresh 🙁 the food still was very healthy, but the quality of salad disappointing. Original review: Hands down the best place to grab lunch on the road between Manhattan and Montreal. We will be back.

Great night out with family. Hard to beat the food at 9 Miles East. Yes their pizza is amazing but we all ordered a different entree and I will admit it’s pretty amazing to offer healthy gourmet in a rather small garage vibe but they pull it off. Other than the occasional intrusion of cold air since we were next to the door it was a memorable night. Service was prompt and very friendly without being over the top and the food is the best in town.
