Took the kids to try out Dough Zone as we had a good experience the first time my boyfriend and I went there. This time though wasn’t like the first. It started out great. Got a table right away and didn’t take long to get our order taken. They give you a paper with each item listed you fill out with what all you want off the menu and how many of each you want. We ordered food and then the dessert but asked for the dessert to come after all the food. We got all the food pretty quickly and it was a decent amount as we got a bunch of different items for everyone to try. After we got the food no one came to check on us to see if we needed anything more to drink and we never got our dessert. After we finished eating we waiting 20 extra minutes for someone to come by and check in. At that point the kids were done so we cancelled dessert asked for to go stuff for the leftovers items we had and paid.

So I went 2 days in a row, first time there they were a little bit busy so I let the fact they forgot one of my dishes slide, they apologized and gave me a coupon for that dish the next time, which was a nice gesture. I decided to go back the next day, which was definitely slower and same thing one of my dishes they forgot. The food is great, unfortunately making sure I got everything was over looked. Not sure I want to go back again, thats unfortunate since they do make good food.

The seasonal pumpkin XLB’s were the best new food to hit the streets y’all. Gave me all hope for spicing up this fall! Service was great, Juddell you the man! Ambience and speed of service was good too but being in there an hour to closing. We had a great time even though it was busy— ordered to share the Chicken XLB, Pumpkin XLB, Spicy Beef Sandwich, Spicy Beef Pancake Roll, and the 5 Spice Beef dish. All under $50– 10/10 would recommend for the great price and consistency in the dining experience.

Lovely food! Everything i tried was a new flavor/ experience and it was worth it! I’m not a huge fan of vinegar but their house vinegar mixed with their house chili oil and the soy sauce was the most amazing dipping sauce for the juicy dumplings. The beef pancake roll was TO DIE FOR! I will definitely be returning and ordering 1 of everything
(Maybe 2 of the beef pancake roll)

We were kind of on a tight schedule when we came here, but thankfully everything worked out and everything was delicious! I still think about the beef pancake roll, wow. We did have to ask about one thing we ordered, because they didn’t bring everything out at once and we needed to make sure it was coming before we had to go, but other than that service was good.

Haven’t been back for awhile. Just came back to order my usual. The Minced Chicken Noodle is salty!! The meat sauce is really salty. Must have put tooo much dash of salt. The cucumber is not sweet and sour as it is new cucumbers with oil. I think they should stop serving it if they ran out, at least people don’t get angry.

Food is getting worse now. Pork wonton looks mooshy…. the minced noodle is mooshy and like raw dough. This is my 3rd time getting this type of food. Stop going for awhile.
Update my review:
I have decided to give Dough Zone another try. The food portion is exactly what I am looking for. I go here 3-5 times a week and order the same items; cucumber, minced meat noodle, and sweet and sour wonton. I used the doughzone website to order and it is fast and reliable now.
I changed my rating to 5 stars for fast and consistent food taste. Great staff members.

Definitely not returning to this place again — first and last visit.
I called to place a to-go order, just like I did the first time. The guy who answered said no and insisted I use their app to order. I explained that their online ordering system wasn’t working, but he still insisted I place the order online. Seriously? That’s just not okay.
Forget coming back here — this is a terrible way to do business. On top of that, the food isn’t even that great. The beef stew was just okay. The beef was ridiculously chewy, like rubber. They should really consider using a pressure cooker. The broth had an overwhelming beef flavor — even for a beef stew noodle dish, you want something more balanced and subtle.
The only decent items on the menu were the minced chicken noodles and the steamed bao. Other than that, sorry — not my kind of place. Never coming back. Ever.

We got there at 8pm. The restaurant just half full of the people, but their staff seemed busy. They are definitely understaffed. The food portion is small. To me it’s a good thing, that means I can have more variety. We ordered 6 dishes for 2 person.
I saw people sitting at the patio, but the host won’t let us sit there. She said, those people are not dining in, they are just hanging out there. This is a wired answer. Cause I saw them walked inside the restaurant later. The host seemed impatient probably she’s been working all day and getting tired.

Very delicious food. I am glad to come here and enjoy it with the family. I was well taken care of by the staff. The portions of food however can be better. It wasnt enough food for what was being charged.

First time here. Thought the soup dumplings and noodle dishes were good.
Not all of your food comes out at the same time. Even 2 orders of potstickers didn’t come together. Had better flavored potstickers from the freezer.
Otherwise staff were cordial, and checked on us frequently l.

Went with a friend and kids. Wait time was about 10 minutes. We ordered the cucumber dish (delicious!), green onion noodle (savory noodles; needed a non-spicy option for the kids- it was yummy); soup dumplings (the soup and filling were good, skin is a bit thick); wonton chili (very good but portion seemed tiny?); beef pancake roll (good but wished it could’ve been cut up more than just halved to make sharing easier). Service was great. Kids kept tossing their utensils on the ground and the waiter had no issues replacing them upon request. Food came out pretty quickly too after ordering.
Overall, I would definitely go back! I actually like this place more than DTF (unpopular opinion). Glad we have one in town and hope it’s here to stay!
