Worse experience with online orders make sure you mention you want the meat hot if not you will get a sandwich with cold meat!
I don’t like my bread toasted , so they don’t heat the meat unless you ask and where have you seen a Philly steak sandwich with cold meat no cheese they added tons of mayo and like 3 pieces of onions and 3 pieces of green bell peppers .. look at the picture that shows how they take care of their customers

Placed an order online, filled out the special instructions, but apparently the persons making sandwiches can’t follow instructions. The sandwich seemed to be put together odder than I’ve ever encountered (cheese between the meat and toppings). The spinach looked wilted and the red onions looked really unpleasant. Also, my fountain drink was not available and even though the bottled drink selection is an additional $0.50, I was informed I would have to pay full price if I wanted the bottled drink, even though a drink was included in my meal.

The staff is rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I have gone to this location several times because of its proximity. I will never go back again. All my negative experiences have been in the evening. Look at the pictures I included. That’s what I got for $50.00.

Don’t order online. I don’t understand how they can manage to make such a terrible sandwich. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had no cap. It was so soggy and falling apart.

Very disappointed. First time back to Subway in years, feeling like a simple club sandwich and I get home before I realize I was given meatball (review of receipt identified it as “the boss”). The speakers and microphone in the drive thru are awful. If you go save yourself the hassle and just inside but at that point you may as well go up the street to the Jimmy John’s.

As an aside if the sandwich probably is normally delicious however with the toppings I added assuming a standard sub it was awful.

40 dollars for two sandwiches, a bag of chips and soda. Absolutely ridiculous. Haven’t eaten subway in years, was hungry and needed a quick meal before hitting the road. So not worth it. Staff was nice though.

I have decided to rate this Subway individually rather than “Subway” as a whole which I consider horribly overpriced and mediocre (at best) food. I used to go to Subway weekly but now it is 1-2x per year. They haven’t completely lost me but it’s close!

3 stars for the food – this location always does a good job on quantity. I typically get a veggie sub and this place actually fills up the sandwich. The vegetables are typical Subway quality but I have definitely seen worse (isn’t that a sad bar).

5 stars for the service – I have always had great experiences here with the staff. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Honestly, I have never encountered anyone I didn’t enjoy working with.

4 stars for the atmosphere – it is a typical Subway but it has lots of room and is always clean.

Line was very long and it was hot and stuffy inside. Despite the line being long the employees were very quick with
their job which is why this location deserves a good review! Also one thing I didn’t know with their new footlong pretzel… it’s not cheese dip!!! It’s honey mustard 🙁
