The beef pho and spring rolls at Chao Ban were absolutely delicious! The pho had a rich, flavorful broth and tender beef, with perfectly cooked noodles—so comforting and satisfying. The spring rolls were fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor, making them the perfect appetizer.
Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving good pho. I’ll be coming back again!

Chef Kevin and his team absolutely crushed it again with this new venture. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was laid-back, welcoming, and effortlessly cool.
For drinks, we tried the Saigon Sunset (calamansi limeade with NOLA cold brew) such a unique and refreshing combo, Jasmine Iced Tea, Limeade, and of course a classic Vietnamese Coffee. Every one of them hit the mark.
To start, we had the “Impossible” Xiu Mai, which had an incredible lemongrass flavor that really stood out, along with the Chicken Wings and Fried Spring Rolls, both perfectly crispy and packed with flavor.
The Piggy Stardust Banh Mi was fantastic, but honestly, the real star might be the BREAD. Absolutely perfect.
The whole experience just felt warm and comforting. The kind of place where the food is incredible but the atmosphere makes it feel like home. This one is a must try!

Was super excited to try Chef Kevin’s new venture and his team did not disappoint!! The food quality was innovative and super delicious. Prices were reasonable and everything came out pretty quick. If you’re in the area, this is a must try!!
Vibes are relaxed and upscale which is perfect for the galleria.
Recommend: Impossible Xiu Mai, Chicken Wings, Piggy Stardust, and all the drinks (the drinks were fantastic)

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Incredible service! The atmosphere is upscale but casual and relaxing. The food is fantastic! Great flavor and amazing presentation! In typical Chef Kevin Tien style, every detail was top notch! I would definitely recommend Chao Ban to everyone! It’s safe to say I will be back over and over again and will bring my friends and family for sure!

This place is super convenient at galleria. It’s a sit down or take out place. The pho was delicious, it had so much meat. The chicken banh mi was good, also tried the chicken wings. I think this place is a little bit expensive but due to location, it kinda make sense. Great to try!
