Hubby had all you can eat frog legs, and I had the tenderloin basket. The food was freshly made, was served quickly, and was very hot. The tenderloin was big enough to have been shared, I took half of it home for a lunch tomorrow. Our server checked often to see that we had what we needed. A bit out of the way, but it’s well worth the drive. We will definitely return.

This is what we expect to see for a Diner today. Much earlier in time what we would see are things in old Western Movies. Like : Liverystables, Bank, Post Office, Diner, Saloon, and General Mercantile Store.

My parents came down from out of town and we decided to all go grab some dinner. I figured we would give Donna’s a try and we were not disappointed! All four of the adults ordered a burger or the tenderloin and an assortment of app/sides to share with the table. My two kids loved their food, the adults were all absolutely pleased, and the food was cooked to order. They have delicious pies (I am not a pie crust eater but theirs is wonderful. We will definitely go again! Donna’s Drive In is a great option for diner food classics, fantastic service, and the prices are super reasonable!

Good food, service is excellant, big selection to choose from. Better get there early on special days as they get busy fast. Always a different special every day. Large portions enough to share with others. Kid friendly, senior friendly, clean and seating is good. The extras you can get there include jars of fresh honey, ice cream that is the real deal, worth the drive to get there.

Great little dinner off the highway a bit but we’ll worth the trip. Friendly staff and very quick service for as busy as it gets sometimes. We’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and everything has been delicious. A little warning that it can get crowded at times and they may run out of certain items but it’s well worth visiting.

Today my family and I went to Donna’s Drive In for dinner. We drove from Nevada MO and it was definitely worth the drive. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a waitress with a warm welcome and a big smile. The customer service was outstanding, the prices are reasonable and not one complaint about the food. I ordered the all you can eat crab legs and shrimp and couldn’t stop eating them they were so good. Everything came out fresh, hot and delicious. 5 stars are not enough to rate this restaurant. The service was excellent. The place was clean and a great family atmosphere. Our waitress Ally kept our drinks filled and the food coming. Every so often the waitress or owner would come by and say are you ready for more crab legs or shrimp. The shrimp were huge and the crab legs were cooked perfectly. I was so full I was ready to crawl out of there. Afterwards the owner of the restaurant came over to talk to us. She made us feel right at home. We drove an hour and a half to eat dinner there and we would do it again. Anyone who is looking for something different and something delicious to eat, you gotta try Donna’s Drive In. It may seem like a drive to get there, but it’s worth it. I left with a smile and will definitely return.
