Didn’t cut up veggies, was rude to customers. It literally looked like my sandwich was falling out of the bread. My Dasher picked up my order. They forgot the drink and the cookie, and they did the same thing with my previous order. When the driver tried to tell them, they threw it in a bag and slung it at her. The only reason I gave him two stars is because I love the chicken bacon ranch sub but as far as that store in customer service, I would give a bit -10 stars if I could. I don’t know how this place is still in business!!!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience. I used the subway app to order dinner and they had a promotion for any sub 699 so I went through the prompts on the app and I ordered the #30 called the beast it had turkey, ham roast beef, pepperoni and I got all kind of veggies that I love. I placed my order for pickup at a later time and when I made my way to the store to pick up the sub they had just literally finished making it and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this Subway location and make sure and use the app so you can gain reward points. Thanks!

Horrible I got my sandwich the bread was so soggy from them drowning it in mayo and mustard didn’t even toast my bread an no cheese plus barley put any lettuce on it. I guess there so stupid they can’t even make a sandwich or follow the order.

The food quality declined after the most recent remodel. Even after being toasted, the meat is still cold. Using mobile order is convenient, but we received the wrong bread and a poorly made sandwich. This used to be the better Subway in town, but I would no longer recommend this location.

There is a sweet young lady named Jessica who went the extra mile for customer service. The building was so hot and uncomfortable, but she had a smile from start to finish and kept me laughing. I’d just left the hospital from having a test done and wasn’t in a great state of mind. She made my entire day ❤️ Thanks Jessica.

You would figure that pulling up at this Subway, with only one customer inside you would go in and be out pretty quick, right? Don’t count on this at all. And this must be why I saw 4 different customers come in and pick up their orders pay, for it, and leave before our order was done. So maybe we’ll try that and see if that gets us in and out faster than the 33 minutes it took when we walked in and placed the order there was no toasting involved and, before asked, it was one menu sandwich and not a special order.

Its to bad I can’t give no stars because that is what they deserve. Closing and locking the store 10 mins before said closing time is bad business l. I’m surprised that they are still open at all. And then for the employees to start yelling at me when I was at the door that they are closed so rude and unprofessional. Never going back and suggest everyone else to stay way.
