We tried the Wagyu burger and the steak and mushroom — both were absolutely delicious! The Wagyu burger was juicy, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and paired beautifully with the rich, creamy sauce. Great presentation and friendly service too. My partner and I finally made it to Fireflys Burgers in Fairfield, and honestly… why did no one warn us that burgers this good existed?
We had the Firefly and Backfire meals with wedges and cheesy fries. Let me tell you — these weren’t just burgers, they were life events. The patties were juicy, the buns held it all together (no small feat), and the sauce with that kick of spice made us wonder if we’d accidentally stumbled into burger heaven.
The cheesy fries? Dangerous. The kind of snack you promise to “just try one” and then suddenly you’re fighting your partner for the last cheesy strand like it’s the finale of a cooking show. The wedges didn’t stand a chance either.
Best burgers we’ve had anywhere, full stop. We’ll be back the second our food comas wear off.

Absolutely loved the Mushroom Cheese Steak-juicy, flavorful, and perfectly loaded with creamy sauce. The acai bowl was a masterpiece, rich and refreshing with the perfect balance of chocolate, pistachio sauce, and fresh fruits. A must-visit spot for a great food experience.

Drove half an hour to get here but it did worth it, Had a Kamikaze which they kindly customised it as I added extra Chicken patty and beef rasher on top. Man it was out of the world Burger. I would give them 10 ⭐. Great customer service and friendly team.

Wow! I have heard of Firefly Burger ( thanks mama G) but never ventured to it until it arrived in Fairfield! What a flavour bomb! The burgers are delicious, I personally had the fire fly original! You will definitely enjoy it and will want to come back! Love the basin to wash your hands! Also park inside woolworths underground parking as its a short stroll to firefly! Updated review 27/6/25 because we got served by Mohammad last night and he was all by himself had a few customers but was awesome and his customer service skills were TOP!
