Three different groups had come in to dine during this time and were almost done eating while I still waited. I then asked to get it to go. I had been waiting an hour when the waitress finally brought it over. She gave me the check when I noticed it was only 15% of the rice making it .60. She then told me the manager would have to correct it and she had just gone “upstairs” and would return shortly. It had been a 90-minute wait by then and my food was getting cold. I told the waitress it should be free by now and she said, Go ahead and take it. ” I didn’t want any problems so I waited another 10 minutes before she came over and told me to go ahead and take it. I left knowing she had already run my card and trusted that they would do the right thing. They did not.
The food was substandard at best, perhaps because it was so cold and the meat was tough. It definitely was not worth the $40 that I paid for it when it was supposed to be free after having waited close to 2 hours for it.
I had to give them a 1 rating on everything but it was not even worth that. Perhaps you’ll have a better experience but due to the inadequate service, poor food, and their deceptive practices, I do not plan to ever return to this place.
Ughhh one of the worst places to eat at inside of the Bally’s hotel.
First off the girl at the cashiers station wasn’t friendly, didn’t explain the meals very good. She was just there to “work” and collect your money. Then when you sit down, took FOREVER to get your drinks, took another FOREVER to get your food, then the food was nasty, I got the combination rice, $22, tasted a day old, dry, yuck . I do not recommend. Don’t even know who our waiter was, it was like a few different people. Only good thing I have to say is THANK YOU to Carlos, he was sweet and patient.
