MUST TRY! This review is long overdue, as I haven’t stopped coming here since I discovered it. Chef Ning is an excellent chef and an even more incredible person. You can tell by the quality of her dishes that everything she makes is infused with LOVE! I dream about her cooking and truly believe she deserves a Michelin star (if not multiple stars!). Not only does she have the storefront in Elkton, but she also caters and has a food truck she brings to different events in the surrounding areas. Please be sure to call ahead or check out her Facebook page to see where she’s at for the week, as her food is in high demand! You can’t go wrong with anything you try. I can’t wait for my next visit and wish her continued, well-deserved success!

This food is AUTHENTIC Filipino food! I like it even better than TagPuan that used to be in Delaware! Don’t sleep on this place! If you never had Filipino food before I would start with the lumpia, empanadas and chicken adobo. Bistek too if you’re a beef person!! Halo halo is popular delicious dessert.
They’re open on Saturday and Sundays from 12 to 5! The owner, Ning, is so sweet and friendly! Obsessed for life. You can sit in or take out 🙂

The restaurant is inside the international market. When you come in go to your left and you will find the Philippine decorations. They have a great selection of food including Silog all day which is one of my favorites! The halo halo (Filipino shave ice) is large enough for two to share. If you have never tried halo halo you need to try it here. For those who don’t know halo halo means mix mix. Pour the cream on top and start mixing! Nice staff/owner as well!

Chef Ning is AMAZING. Very hard worker, loves what she does – you can tell from her cheery personality & creative twists on traditional dishes. I just love her & what she’s done to represent filipino food in a unique way. When you go in the Tapatio market, turn left, you can’t miss the decor and smell of lumpia in the air.. so glad we found this place!!!

Nice to have a Filipino Restaurant nearby, with a friendly chef recommending their popular dishes. Had a good variety of dishes in their menu. Enjoyed the special twist to Filipino dishes. Ordered crispy tadyang (beef ribs), beef pares, crispy chicharon ( fried chicken skin), halo halo and turon. Delicious!

Manilla Street Treats catered our sweet 16 birthday party. Chef Ning was easy to work with, had great ideas and was accommodating to our needs and budget. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful!! We had so many compliments from guests of how much they enjoyed the food and went back for more. The food was fresh and very flavorful. They came in the venue quickly got setup and put out a nice spread. They also had some things that people have never tried before and were excited about.
Highly recommend!

We got to try the Veggie Dumplings at the Delaware Renaissance Faire and loved them so much we knew we had to try more in Elkton. My husband and I got dinner the other night and the food was out of this world good! We got The Chicken Chicharon, Lola Inay’s Special Tosilog and the Crispy Tagyang and all of it was fantastic!!! We will be going back for sure!!!

I enjoyed a yummy beef tapsilog with some bulalo broth that Noelyn gave me on the house! She and the other cook were very friendly, as well as her sweet young boy. I felt very welcomed.
