Ordered sausage and mushroom pizza. It barely had any toppings on it at all. Most slices were bare. Wonder how the people in charge let the pie go out the door! Not EVER going back. Service was good. Walked right in and had the food shoved at me within seconds. No time for customer satisfaction and no care about it either.

I order from here like once a week. I just wanna let y’all know that Dominos is ALWAYS the best.
My roommate decided to “try” and order Pizza Hut earlier even though I told her not to. Well Pizza Hut is awful. She ended up having to drive to the store to have them complete our order. Apparently they cancelled the entire order of 5 pizzas and sides just because they were out of bread sticks. They never even let her know. Just cancelled it. She called 5 times and waited on hold just to have them hang up on her. So… DONT EVER ORDER PIZZA HUT.

They do not keep their word. I have credits for pizzas that they messed up and i just tried to order one and the manager said only 2 topping when the ones that i had ordered and was messed up was more than 2 toppings. The general manager put yhe crefits and was clear that i would be able to gets my pizzas made how i wanted and the store manager just refused to make my pizza how i wanted it.

I’d like to commend Paulo, the one who delivered our order for tonight. He’s got excellent customer service and delivered our order with care despite us ordering at midnight and close to their closing time. He deserves a raise or a bonus, Domino’s! We ordered chicken wings and cinnamon bread twists they were all freshly cooked and tasted great. (I also like their pastas aside from their pizzas but didn’t order it for tonight.)

The Domino’s on Rivers in North Charleston is forsure the best around. The food is always hot and fresh. the store stays clean, and the service is top-notch every time. Special shoutout to Isaiah, he is the best and is professional, friendly, and will always go out of his way to help you anyway he can.

UPDATE (August 2022): We have ordered several more times from this Dominos lately and it has been much better. So I have updated my rating.
We have been getting pizza from here for a while. Their cheese pizza is good. But they have a few issues to resolve. 1) We only order carry out because the curbside delivery takes too long (understaffed?) and delivery takes too long as well. 2) The past several times we have gotten pizzas that looked like they were cut by Ray Charles (see pic) or they were not cut at all. Should be an easy fix but we will see.

Thanks to Nessa. I had an amazing pick up from Domino’s. Everybody else was horrible and ignored me while I was trying to pick up my order however Nessa was amazing and she helped me thank God we still have people like NESSA on this earth. PLEASE GIVE HER THE PRAISE SHE DESERVES

I recently had a fantastic experience with the Domino’s on Rivers Avenue! My team had a last-minute lunch craving for pizza, and we were on a tight schedule. This Domino’s really knows how to take care of their community. We ordered a few large specialty pizzas, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrived! The delivery guy was super friendly and even remembered my name, which was a nice touch. The pizzas were hot, delicious, and packed with fresh ingredients. We’ll definitely be ordering from Domino’s again—great food and a wonderful experience!
