Fast food employees should not be put at the counter/register during the busy time of the day……lack of knowledge and bad dispensing or preparation of products is frustrating. Then you get the guy in the back who’s supposedly prep g food comes up front to handle money and cards and not clean his hands when he goes back.

Ive come to this dunkin a lot as a pit stop during road trips ive lived on LI my whole life and i have no issue buying a few things to be allowed to use the bathroom. This location has always been lovely but today when i asked to use the bathroom after buying 3 donuts i was told that it was occupied even though it said vacant. After about 3 mins of waiting and knocking i asked to be buzzed in since it was clear nobody was in there. He then buzzed me in twice and i still couldnt open the door. I tried to ask him if the bathroom is just closed and he stopped answering me and then went into the back and eventually we left and went nextdoor to use the bathroom. Next time just be upfront if the bathrooms are closed, waste of time

Clean store, super friendly staff and fast service, with very warm food! We stopped to use the restroom which was for customers only but the manager/owner allowed us entry, to which we then agreed to purchase things. Thank you for being a very professional store.

My drink was made quickly and properly. I went to use the restroom which was disgusting. Someone spilled coffee on the floor next to the sink and left the cup, the sink was a mess, the restroom overall was just disgusting in a way words can’t describe.

If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. the service I got from Faisal one of the employees there was less than desirable. He came out the bathroom yelling and screaming because I knocked on the bathroom door 2 times within 10 minutes. He slammed the door and screamed and continued to scream at me in front of other customers as well. He should’ve just responded someone was in there and not have caused a scene when he came out. Not behavior expected from an employee that deals with people who come here for the first part of their day. He said ” do you want a clean bathroom, I was cleaning!!! ” Not 1 cleaning supply smelled when I went in there. I’m never coming here again

I Visit this place two three times a week . specially in the mornings , this Dunkin has one of the nicest staff ever . They always greet everyone and if you are a regular , they remember who you are and how your coffee will be up one the counter by the time you get to the register . There’s a very good manager . Also cheers to the lady in the cashier with a pleasant smile . It’s one of my favorite place.

Completely messed up my mobile order they gave me burnt hash browns that I would crumble in my fingers. When I came inside to get the order I heard him so no it’s a bagel but though it was someone else’s order they messed up I was in a rush by the time I checked my food I saw they gave me a croissant instead! I was so furious due to the fact this was going to be my only meal for a 12 hour shift with no break! 10 years I’ve been a Dunkin Fanatic with no issues! This location ruined the whole experience for me. Messing up a customers order on purpose is disgraceful!
