I had initially planned on a better (but not good) review calling out the highway robbery here. But once I saw my check, I knew I had to review it as the scam it is. I understand that prices are high everywhere, but I should have been suspicious when the lobster roll advertised on the sandwich board wasn’t on the menu. It was foolish of me to not ask what the price was– the answer was $39. They pack the inside full of lettuce so it looks like you have more. Oh, but at least you get mediocre fries.
The only reason we didn’t say anything was because our server was nice. But please trust me: go *anywhere* but here.
There were also cobwebs that hadn’t been cleaned out next to our table– but heck, for the prices we charged, maybe we should have eaten the spiders to make up for it.

It was a good choice! My wife really liked fish and chips: very little bread over fish, fish was fresh and just melting in your mouth. My burger was done exactly as I wanted! We were sitting on the outside patio next to the “shipwreck” that has a speaker playing music. It was our kind of music! Nice water views, great atmosphere, attentive staff and good food!❤️

We came to the restaurant for the bayville for the Christmas event. We prepaid for a e 3 course meal and we waited over two hours while everyone received their food and people who came way after us ate and left. We voiced our concerns only thing they can say was the kitchen gets the food in order. So if so how did people after us get their food? Then they said the kitchen made mistakes. We went to the manager and the manager did not fix anything and said there is a packed restaurant and it was coming. So you’re not even apologizing for your mistakes and making it right you’re just giving a bunch of excuses. If the restaurant was so packed again how did others completely get everything they asked while we still waited on appetizers for 4 people in our party?

We were sitting in the bar, it was a weekday , so not a lot of people’s ,not really hot outside. I like service, great food,and great drinks. Mussels was amazing , by the way. So I will definitely come back. It’s just little bit pricey.

Nice lunch spot/Tiki bar across the street from Oyster Bay and connected to Bayville Amusement Park. Good burgers, salads, fish sandwiches, entrees and apps. Louisiana popcorn shrimp with spicy mayo appetizer is excellent. Indoor and outdoor seating. Rooftop open Friday to Sunday. Never very crowded around lunchtime.

The food is just as good as the views… Which are AMAZING! You can see the ocean from your table. Service is excellent. I love the roof deck with the large bar area. Food wise, I’ve had the lobster sliders, Louisiana Shrimp, tilapia sandwich, and the shipwreck burger with truffle fries. I highly recommend all of those. The drinks are really well made with a tiki theme. Pineapple marg!!

Been here twice both were very good experiences. I saw a beautiful fish tank but not the second time I went.Food was delicious. Saw Billy Joel here the second time. There is very nice seating outdoors,. The food is expensive. I give it five stars overall.
