We had a girls’ day with my friend, and we both chose this place to go. Nobody asked me to write this review – I’m doing it because I believe this place deserves to be known for its service, food, and ambiance.
The staff, especially our waitress, was welcoming and helpful. We ordered grilled branzino, coconut rice, and twin lobster noodles, and as someone who grew up eating seafood most of my life, this place nailed it! My stomach felt perfectly fine after our lunch.
*For the dessert: I told our waitress I was allergic to coffee, and she kindly took the extra time to keep everything separate for me and my friend (who loves coffee).

Beautiful restaurant on the third floor of The Shops at Columbus Circle. We were not seated near a window but if you can try to sit there, beautiful views. We had a few appetizers and all were good. Beef satay was tender and not overpowered with the marinade. Pancakes were different than expected but had slightly crispy edges and tender inside and the crab (probably wrong term but I thought of it as crab salad) was bright and a refreshing counterpoint to the pancake. Black sticky rice lived up to its name. Mild flavor but good. Crispy pork rolls were good but least favorite for us. Very nice crunch but not much flavor. The only slight downside was the service. We were served water as soon as we were seated but waited more than 10 minutes to have a server come over and ask if we wanted a cocktail. Definitely busy lively restaurant worth trying for good Thai food jn an upscale atmosphere.

Absolutely loved the food! The greed goddess salad was incredible. I loved the mushroom buns. The lemongrass ribs were so tender it just fell off the bone. The pad kra chicken was also so good! I wish they had a Thai iced tea but other than that amazing experience. And for sure get the pistachio soufflé

Great food and good vibe. The set menu was a great deal, I liked all the food and the portions were generous. My favorites were the appetizers, the fish, the coconut rice, and the flan. The flan was very dark and caramelized. The meat in the drunken noodles was a bit hard.

The servers were on one hand present, on the other regularly tried to get us to leave. It gets pretty loud as it fills up.

Service was impeccable. Food was to die for. Drinks were strong. Please don’t second guess it, just go! The ambiance and restaurant itself is simply gorgeous and beautifully crafted. I chose to celebrate my birthday here and was met with a handwritten birthday card. We were also given free apps and desserts. It was definitely one of the best birthday dinners I’ve ever been to and it was mine; so it was perfect!

So me and my friend came in Twin Tale yesterday and when I tell you please believe the hype. At first I was a little weary because of the amount of review bits it’s literally as I found out because they recently just opened. First off, the place is Gorg! As soon as me and my friend walked in the host Isamar was so welcoming and warm! She literally accommodated us as we were considered walk ins. We sat down and our waiter Javier was so nice as well! We decided to get the meal for two which was family sized and when I tell you it was so good that I left stuffed! Everyone on that menu was good. The papaya salad was so good! The appetizer was amazing. The Bronzino was wow! The beef was cooked well, the sides were amazing a tad bit salty but still good let’s not get started on the dessert. The ube flan was wooooowww and the mango and sticky rice!! Thank you will def be back. Hopefully they keep this up because I will literally tell everyone about this place!

Excellent! The space was welcoming but still maintained an alluring and seductive presence. All of our dishes were served promptly and they all tastes great! The tasting menu is something one must try once. So much food yet so great. The coconut rice was buttery goodness with a level of sweetness that was perfection.

We visited Twin Tails on Friday for a celebratory dinner, and it was nothing short of perfect. Located across from Bad Roman in Columbus Circle, this elevated Thai restaurant exceeded expectations in every way – ambiance, service, and food.

We opted for the tasting menu for two, and it was an incredible experience. Every dish was bold, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Portions were generous – we were more than satisfied and even brought home leftovers. Not a single miss on the menu; each plate was a standout.

For drinks, we tried the Lipstick Palm, Manhattan Sling, and Bangkok Screwdriver. The Lipstick Palm quickly became my favorite (then again, I love mezcal). The Manhattan Sling packed quite a punch – stronger than I usually prefer, so I’d likely skip it next time. The Bangkok Screwdriver, on the other hand, was light and refreshing.

Overall, Twin Tails delivered an outstanding dining experience. If you’re looking for a spot in Columbus Circle to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy inventive Thai cuisine in a chic setting, this is it.

Came for my solo birthday dinner. Wanted to give all 5 stars. But there was initially a miss on the service side. But Valerie (manager) checked on me and I shared my experience, she listened, apologized and made it right. Can’t wait to come back, it’s a great date night spot with the perfect ambience.

The ambiance was great. The salad I got was delicious. I went during lunch when only one section was open, but I felt the staff were attentive nonetheless. I paid about as much as I would expect to pay at a “Shops at Columbus Circle” restaurant: $53 (including tax and tip) for a salad with seared tuna.
