Sooo, where do I start. Tonight on 11/29/2024 I order TWO Tuscan cheese bread from this papa John’s on Reid st. The bottom of the pizza cheese bread was BURNT. The pie looks like it got thrown in there. One of the pies were missing cheese. My kids were so hungry they started digging in until I took it away bc I saw what it looked like. It was dried out. Absolutely disgusting. And I order papa John’s A LOT. I called the manager to discuss this politely and the girl working this night was like “ she made the pies so I either bring them back or deal with it “ . Now mind you, I live 25 MINs away and it’s 10:45pm at this point. I’m pissed. I had never thought papa John’s would allow this to happen. BEYOND ME. Eat there if you will.

I will NEVER go back to Domino’s or any other pizza restaurant!! At Papa John’s you can taste smell and see the difference in quality. Their ingredients actually tastes fresh,I would highly recommend!

I had a very difficult day, so I ordered a pizza for carryout to try to make things easier for my family this evening. The store made the pizza incorrectly and cut is very poorly. It was supposed to be a stuffed crust pizza, but they gave me an original. The garlic knots were burnt too. I returned to the store and asked them to remake it. They refused. They insisted on their end it was a regular pizza. I showed them the app that said I ordered a stuffed crust. They would not acknowledge my receipt. I asked them to refund and I would reorder. I did not ask for anything for free. I just wanted my pizza made correctly. The managers were very young and seemed to lack experience. The guy didn’t really care and said he could lose his job if he made me a stuffed crust pizza. I was very confused and frustrated because I PAID for a stuffed crust. Papa Johns has always been my fave pizza take out, but I will no longer be ordering from the Palatka location. They don’t care about their customers and would rather argue than make things right.

I ordered a 3 topping pizza and there where hardly any toppings on it just be cause I paid for 3 topping doesn’t mean put less of each on there. There would of been more on the pizza if I had ordered a 1 topping .RIP OFF

Placed a $50 order, came to pick it up and was not acknowledged at all. Mady, the manager, finally noticed me waiting and checked me out. Even though this was already a bad experience, I still tipped. I got home and 1/2 of the order was completely wrong. When I called I spoke with Mady again and she told me she has to see the mess up with her own eyes. When I questioned this and asked if she thought I was lying, she assured me that “every order was right and she had been watching her boys cook” . Imagine her surprise when the order was actually messed up lol. Then she has me bring my entire order up there to only refund me 1 pizza. I get on the phone with the “owner” named Harley? And she tells me she will refund the whole order, except she doesn’t and is telling mady on the phone to only refund 2 items. Every order I’ve ever received here has been wrong. This is the first time I complain and this is how I’m treated. Literally THE WORST customer service ever.

Messed up my delivery order. I called and made them aware. Their response was for me to bring the pizza back to them and they’d make me the pizza that I ordered. I paid a delivery fee and a generous tip just to do carryout anyway. Meanwhile my other pizza sat ony counter getting ice cold. If I ever spend any hard earned money at Papa Johns again, it will be carryout only….
