I ordered from this place before on Grubhub and I fell in love with their Hawaiian pizza. I was craving it again today because I’m pregnant and they sent me a completely different pizza. The brownie was also burnt. Disappointed and would not be ordering from this place again.

Contrary to some of these negative reviews I can’t concur. I sat and watched these guys bust their behinds off while still giving extremely great customer service and some people were still giving them a hard time because they had to wait for their order. What do you expect it’s Christmas Day they had two screens full of orders and on top of that I received 2 $10 tips on top of what they’ve already tipped me from my customers. Show these guys some respect cause if the shoe was on the other foot you wouldn’t want someone to treat you a certain way. I came back to order for myself since I’m from out of town and a Chicagoan. Thank you guys keep up the great work

I gave atmosphere 3 stars because I mean it’s a pizza place.. not much to expect. It’s not dirty all tho I guess the ac is broken so we were relying on a small fan . Other than that no complaints! My phone calls always go smoothly I never feel rushed or missed heard. I usually do pick ups the black lady with dreads all ways makes sure me and my kids are straight (I complain about other food service a lot) so appreciate the above n beyond. Thanks for reading.

I ordered a Hand Tossed Pepperoni Extreme Pizza for delivery. I have ordered this pizza literally dozens of times, I don’t cook, and it has never been the terrible quality of the one I received today. The pizza was soggy to the point that it bent all the way back, your entire hand would have grease on it, and you could even see the grease seeping through the bottom of the whole box. I attempted to express my concerns with the store directly. After being on hold with EJ (he was very pleasent and understanding) for over 5 minutes due to Jason walking in and out the bathroom, I was able to speak with the Shift Manager. He did not hear my concerns and continued to state ‘We make the pizza how it appears on the screen so how you received it is how you ordered it.’ He reiterated that and continued to display an attitude. At this point I knew this would not be a productive conversation and I asked for the individual above him information. He told me that the manager is out for a week and a half and there was no one other than corporate I could contact.

This Chanello’s use to be great but in the past month or so it’s been horrible. Yesterday I called about my order just to let them know that they forgot my extra sauce and could they put it on my account ($0.50). The response I got was “how are you going to tell me I didn’t put the extra sauce in the box I packed it myself” so now I’m like “what I’m looking in the box and it’s only one sauce”. She says “I packed it I know I put the sauce in there”. So now I’m like I’m not about to argue about a sauce that I did not receive. I just hung up because I wasn’t getting anywhere with this lady. I’m like let me just eat the pizza that dont even have the extra cheese I ask for or the extra dipping sauce. But on a positive note the driver was fast and very nice.

Started with me having to call 15 minutes after I placed my order to get it confirmed. That set my delivery time back by 15 minutes. When I finally got my food the “1 pound” of boneless wings was maybe a half of a pound and all of my sauces were wrong. Ordered 2 garlic with the pizza and 1 hot buffalo and 1 garlic with the wings. I got 1 garlic and 1 marinara, that was it.
