Slow service and mediocre food is what I found here. The chicken was barely warm and chewy. The toast had a nasty taste. At least the fries were hot and tasted good. There was a decent amount of cheese and other toppings on the salad. There’s a Chick-fil-a very nearby and I wished I had gone there instead. There are many other choices nearby in fact.

The cooks was pleasant and prepared the meal accordingly. The food was fresh and tasty. Although for extra fries added on to your order , it is the same amount of fries you get with a regular meal. One of the associate at the time said it was 8 ounces and they have to measure it out. Of course you have to measure it, but when its the same amount as a regular meal then something is definitely wrong. At least the sandwich was made fresh and right.

Pulled up at 9:09pm just tryna grab a milkshake, not even a full meal. I sat there, heard the speaker click, and got no answer. Waited, waited… nothing. I pull around thinking maybe they closed early or something. Nope! There’s a girl chillin right there at the drive thru window sipping on a drink like she on break at home. Didn’t even look bothered.
If yall ain’t tryna take orders, just say that. But don’t sit there ignoring customers while yall posted up sipping milkshakes yourselves. Whole experience was lazy and unprofessional.

Not too bad! El Paso, TX doesn’t have Zaxby’s. We do have cane’s and boss chicken….This place has chicken fingers as well…the fingers here are not as big as I thought…I ordered the avocado chicken tacos….it was definitely more tortilla than the chicken tenders. Overall not too bad!

Went here for a quick pick up on Father’s Day! All 3 piece of toast were burnt, kiddie was burnt, dry, and hard…with barely no fries. We were overcharged for sauces, the chicken was dry and rest of the fries were refried and not seasoned. Horrible experience and especially on a day like Father’s Day. 0 stars *only have pictures of the kiddie cheese meal*

They can’t count. Ordered and paid for 10 wings and got 9. Most were the fat part of the wing rather than a mixture of both.

went through the drive through and got a very rude worker, got boneless wings and things ×2 and they messed it up even after we had said something. our “bonless wings” were super small chicken nuggets that were a bite or less with 4 or 5. we got celery that was squishy and rubbery along with a zaxbys sauce that had a gash in the top. all together the worst zaxbys i have ever been to.

Salads are fresh and delicious!
Edit 8/27/21: I have never had an issue until now. The drive through lane took 30 mins. Once I got my salad, I returned to work to find a hair in my salad. See picture. I know it isn’t mine because none of my hair is that long. As someone who has worked in food prep, a hair is a pretty big hygiene issue.
I called to ask about a refund. Was told to come into restaurant. Had no issues getting refunded.
