This Popeyes was a disappointment, waited 10 mins for someone to take my order. Employees kept passing and never once did someone say I will be right with you. Super slow service. Took 45 mins for us to get our food. Dinning area was dirty and trash bins were over flowing. You can tell when employees don’t care. They would hide in the back of there was no orders. I would never come back because of the bad customer service.

This place is not a good value usually just fine. More often than the not the food is fresh. But I usually just avoid this place unless I’m tight on time and even then it’s always questionable because of lines
This place did manage to hit a new low by running out of cajun fries, and substituting them with their partner Burger King. Burger King fries… Suck especially when they are not fresh. So today I spent 3 bucks on fries and got garage crap. Thus stuff always happens here and it’s stupid

Not bad, but not good. Chicken a bit undercooked, and less spice than usual for Popeyes. For whatever reason the fast food places on base(like this) always seem to kinda mail it in.

I was worried about going here after hours since most people have left the area and the location is not near the other base dining choices. I ordered a large order, 2 family size meals and only had to wait about 10 min from placing my order. And the food was hot and fresh, especially the biscuits.

Where’s the protein at? It’s a miss every time I have gone for the past few months..doesn’t matter if I go in the afternoon or evening this is what I’ve been getting just chunks of fried oil with dry, hard, crunchy bits of “chicken”

They can never have chicken ready. When I come to pick up an 8 piece box of chicken at 2:30, I had to wait for them to cook fresh chicken. So I got smart at used the app to order and 8 piece box for pickup at 2:30. I was told at 2:30 that they just got the order and had to cook fresh chicken. I’m a former Marine, so I adapt and overcome. I order an 8 piece box at 2:15 and saying in the app it’s for pickup now. Show up at the restaurant at 2:30 and get told they have to cook fresh chicken. What were you doing for 15 minutes?
