This is my third time in a row ordering a Venti drink through the drive-thru and specifically asking for light ice. Each time, I clearly confirm it with the person taking my order, and each time I receive the exact opposite — the cup is filled more than halfway with ice.

I understand mistakes happen, but when it happens repeatedly after confirming the request, it becomes frustrating. I also don’t want to hold up the drive-thru line to ask for it to be remade, so I’ve just accepted it and left.

Unfortunately, this experience has been consistent enough that I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management can work on better attention to simple customization requests.

This Starbucks location was clean, and the customer service was satisfactory. However, I encountered an issue during my visit. I was the only customer in line inside the store when I placed my order in the afternoon. I then waited for approximately 15 minutes for my drink, observing numerous drive-thru orders being fulfilled before mine. Eventually, I approached the counter to inquire about my order, asking if my drink was ready as I felt I had been waiting for a considerable amount of time. The employee informed me that my drink had been prepared and was set aside. They had not called my name or indicated that it was ready for pickup, and it had been sitting unattended. The employee apologized, stating they had become sidetracked. It was notable that there were very few other customers inside the store at the time. I was quite displeased with this experience, as my drink had been ready and sitting while I waited, causing my iced beverage to become diluted. I have not encountered such an issue at other Starbucks locations.

It sure matters who you have up front greeting customers. The two brunette girls at the pickup counter were so rude and condescending this morning. I asked if this was where I order (first time in! And there is no “order here” sign) they thought that was the stupidest question they’d ever had! But frankly no one goes in to spend money to be laughed at. Cashier was great, but experience was shot already. Drink is good, as usual. But I can get good coffee somewhere that has a mature staff.

I’ve had to throw away my London Fog With vanilla sweet cream, at least three times in the last month because they are not making it correctly. I pay extra for the sweet cream and they give me a London Fog with no sweetener. They need to learn how to make drinks. I won’t be coming to this location anymore.

Great looking Starbucks new to the neighborhood. Nice staff. Drive through was long in the middle of the afternoon but inside was reasonable. There is outdoor seating and best of all it’s next to the car wash we frequent. Looking forward to many yummy visits.

honestly 9/10 times the employees will make you feel like you’re presence is an inconvenience to them. they’ll give u the wrong stuff 5/10 times. if you order food hot 9/10 times it’ll come cold. honestly just look at what happens when you order light ice (pic below) it’s almost funny because like WHAT? they don’t greet you like every other person under the sun would. it’s hey what can I get for you okay 15.45 . and they’ll hand u ur stuff and say NOTHING not even Bye have a good day. no matter how nice you are to them too. it’s honestly just odd behavior like if u hate ur job making well above minimum wage, getting tips, and free college then just quit and go back to ur sad life..

I feel this is the best Starbucks in Phoenix. They are friendly when you walk in and have the best coffee. Other Starbucks I have been to is hit or miss but this one is on point everytime.

I asked for extra ice and got barely any at all. I also asked for 8 oz of cold milk and they said “we don’t have 8 oz cold drinks” am I really supposed to believe you can’t pour 8 oz of milk into a cup and serve it to me?
