Gratitude, last minute order, Even though they was Busy the owner still took care of me Same day and with a drop off for a event and everyone enjoyed them and this was my first time ordering and I looked on google so this was an random order I never heard of this place and took a chance .. Love Kozy Korner! Every sandwich that I’ve had was excellent!! The owner has always been nice to me. I would’ve gave it 5 stars if didn’t have to wait awhile for my order. Overall, very good and I’ll definitely be back.

My fiance and I went to this Deli shop today . The Customer service was great . We were greeted with a smile and lovely attitude by whom I believe to be the owner . The sandwiches were very fresh and satisfying. We enjoyed every single bite .

I hope that the owner receives this constructive criticism. I am not sure if the owner is aware of this or not, but she is not very pleasant. If you speak, she does not speak back, if you have questions about the menu, she does not demonstrate professionalism or patience. It takes nothing to be kind. I want to support, but the owner needs to make an effort to recognize that her attitude is just not the best. There are other hoagie places in the area who have better customer service and the prices are more reasonable. The prices here are just not very competitive at all. The product is awesome, but good customer service is important. My hope is that the owner will receive this complaint and not view it as an attack on her business or her personally. This is simply to provide feedback in the hopes that the service will improve. If people did not care, they would not take the time to provide feedback. My hope was that you would receive this constructively. It appears that you feel that people are out to get you. I never mentioned race. So you say it was not you, but why are you not concern that some of your employees don’t have the best attitudes. Instead of applying the information to improve your business you would rather attack the person who wrote the review. I don’t understand that at all. You seem to think that no one in your establishment has a bad attitude. You also seem to think that you are being treated unfairly because you are black. All those places you mention get good and bad reviews. People provide feedback to all the establishments. Not just
yours.

I visited here to do a couple repairs to help keep the already immaculate kitchen running smoothly. The good-hearted owner offered to make me a sandwich to go when I ended up working till dinner time. I opted for a turkey and ham sandwich. Wow. It’s not easy to make a simple sandwich exceptional. The sandwich rolls are large and light and fluffy and her special sauce and herbs are unique and very very good. Don’t know where she finds her veggies but they are exceptionally good. You will almost certainly want to go back for more.

This place is really small, not spectacularly decorated carryout menu. The service was amazing the prices were great and the sandwiches were so very tasty. The bread, the oil I’m not sure what to put my finger on but I will say all in all the combination of everything together made for a fabulous sub /hoagie. Definitely will go again.

I absolutely love these sandwiches. However, the customer service isn’t so great. My husband had a simple conversation with the owner regarding the difficulties of placing orders online. She was very dismissive and arrogant. She made comments like, “I made 6 figures with my app.” Who cares, we go to work and make 6 figures as well?!? Then she’s commenting about making orders perfect for the mayor of Chicago…again, who cares?!? We’ll probably be going back to Home of the Hoagy!

The customer service is outstanding. The owner and the staff are very friendly and courteous. I called as soon as I got in town and they managed to fit my order in and have it ready quickly. The sandwiches were delicious as always and I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s the first place that I go to directly from the airport. Treat yourself to Kozy Korner… you won’t be disappointed.
