We had a lovely dinner at Thai Champ recently, and it’s definitely a spot I’d return to. It hits that “reliable local favorite” sweet spot perfectly. Food was solid and satisfying. The flavors were authentic, and the spice levels were exactly as requested. While it didn’t reinvent the wheel, every dish was fresh and hit the mark.Service was the highlight of the night. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and fast without making us feel rushed. 5-star service all the way.
Restaurant has a very cozy and intimate vibe. It’s the kind of place that feels warm the moment you walk in.

the food was great. i loved how the soups came out on a heated dish. The staff were also very kind and comped a cheesecake for my birthday! The atmosphere was also tailored to the season, and we went during christmas where it was festively decorated.

Overall pleasant experience. Beef basil chili and papaya salad were very good. My stir fried wide noodle was really salty. Would come back to try other things on the menu.

Food was good. Just that it’s a different kind of taste. Soup was good and so as the green chicken. Staff were friendly.

I specifically ordered pineapple cash frried rice with fried tofu as protein choice and selected no egg. And then I got chicken pieces. This is very inconsiderate of the establishment and regret my order.

My favorite dish is Pad Thai chicken noodles. Anywhere I go I always give that a shot to see if it meets the mark. I’ve had this dish not only all over Dallas, but all over the country, including the “very best” New York and Las Vegas restaurants (I’m 47 years old, I’ve been around a bit).
Thai Spice is HANDS DOWN the very best there is. I understand this probably sounds like Hyperbole, but it’s not. This is literally number one. It’s been my favorite place for 20+ years, and no matter how many others I try, they never measure up.
It’s a 45 minute drive for me and my wife, but we still make sure to get over there at least every couple of weeks. It’s just worth it. Other dishes I’ve tried have also been phenomenal (both the Panang Beef and the Pad See Ew are also the best in show). It’s authentic Thai, which may be why some “don’t get it”. They import their Thai chilies, so don’t make the mistake I made the first time and order a 5/5 spice if you aren’t ready for it. To be fair, they DID warn me! I ignored it and went through some very pleasurable pain on that first visit.
If you would like to experience the very best out there in Thai, you go to Thai Spice.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and staff. I had the red curry spice level 2 and my husband had the crab fried rice spice level 1. We both enjoyed our meals. We also ordered the Thai spring rolls and mango cheese cake. Both tasted good. However the overall menu is very pricy. They also have a wide arrange of wines and cocktails are also pricy.

Thai Spice is a hidden gem! My wife and I had a wonderful date night, and their vegan options were fantastic. We started with spring rolls, which were fresh and crispy. For the main course, the vegetable lo mein and house fried rice were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the service was excellent. Whether you’re vegan or not, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommend for a cozy night out!

One of the finest Thai Restaurant in North Dallas. I have tried different thai restaurants but this one is out of the box. Best tasty food with excellent service of the food. Visited here for birthday and we are very happy with food. Ordered Corn Patties, Green Curry with Fried Rice and Pad See Ew Noodles. All of them were very tasty and delicious. Quantity of the food is fair enough of each. Food is good. Staff are very quick and friendly. Got very good suggestion from Staff. Must try Thai Restaurant in North Dallas.
