This is a well run Starbucks. The space is small, so not a great place for groups or chilling out for a long time, but that’s no knock on the location. It’s a well run operation, and the service is quick and friendly. It’s in the downtown area, so it’s a great place to stop for coffee while shopping in the area.

Another “not my first time here, but first Google Review” for this place! Always preferred going to this location versus the Starbucks around the corner (on Northwest Highway) as it is smaller, more intimate, and cozy. Different vibe/atmosphere between the two locations. They recently refurnished this location as well.

I ordered mango dragon fruit with water and they made it with lemonade and I asked them to make again with water because I have lemonade allergy. This girl who is new working there kept arguing with me that she couldn’t make it for me because lemonade is included with the drink. She kept asking me questions if I took a sip of that drink and how would I know if it was lemonade?, and I said because of COLOR you can see the difference between water and w lemonade. And I took a sip of the drink and it was lemonade. She was so rude, i cannot believe they hired her, lack of customer service.

My coffee was exactly how I liked it. Service was great, the barista was friendly and my Frappuccino was awesome. Service was quicker than your average Starbucks. Great environment to study and get work done! I really enjoy the layout of the inside. Plenty of plugs and seats mean you can get some work done if you have your computer or tablet. Drinks are always consistent in flavor and employees are welcoming! The employees are so nice and always make sure we get the best customer service. Now that’s what I call customer service! I will always recommend this place.

I asked for my daughter, a freaking 6 year old, to use the bathroom and was told it’s for paying customers. I’ve never in my life been told that at any other starbucks before and I think that was RIDICULOUS and RACIST

This Starbucks location is amazing! You get a really nice European vibe from the narrow alley where apartment complexes are just above your head and you’re enclosed by beautiful red and brown brick buildings with vintage patina style and character. The staff is very friendly, personal and they provide a great customer service. Thanks Kat for my beautiful birthday beverage; excellent service from her. Next time we go to Starbucks near Park Ridge, it’ll be this one. It is a small location but ideal for the warmer and/or fall weather since there is outside seating.
