Pizza was as dry as the desert. If you like no sauce & very little cheese, this place is for you! If I would have paid full price, I 100% would be asking for a full refund. I won’t be ordering from here again. Y’all get it together over there. You guys are fixing people’s food so take a little pride in what you do!

There’s a guy in there with a bunch of colorful tattoos that is astounding! He is in there every night I come here and always treats me great. I usually only see him by himself running laps around the kitchen, standing on business! Great service, great food, I’ll be returning for more.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s been an okay experience, but tonight was different. There is a red-haired gentleman in there with tattoos that brightened my day. He seemed like a manager but I think he was a driver because he walked in after I did with a pizza bag. He immediately greeted me, served me my food, thanked me for the service, went straight to the sink then was slapping out zas before I even walked out the door, all while keeping a smile on his face. We need more of those people, give that man a raise!

I made a simple mistake. I always get delivery but somehow I must have requested delivery. 5 minutes later I called the store. A young man answered the phone very short and hateful. I ordered a large order and I was treated like dirt. I am a weekly customer.
I again apologized for my error; his statement was “whatever” I will not patron papa johns again

I will try to make this concise. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Never ever received my order, and nobody cared. Quality has also been declining. Papa John’s used to be good, but they are going downhill fast. I currently live alone, car is in the shop and has been there too long and thus I ran out of groceries. Ordering pizza for delivery made sense I thought. Called, placed an order with a call center which seemed it was in India. After placing the order, they put me through to an automated payment system, which apparently doesn’t work very good. I put in all my payment info as asked, down to the zip code, but it just went silent afterwards. No confirmation of payment or anything. After a couple minutes of silence, it hangs up on me. I call back and pressed the option to check my order status, and a young man said there was no order placed under my phone number. I call back and pressed the option to place an order again, and explained to the call center (not Papa John’s) that I placed an order and entered all my card info, but it went silent and such. They ask my name, then silence. I thought maybe they immediately just put me on hold and was maybe checking for me. But they didn’t ask me to “please hold” or tell me they were gonna try to find my transaction or anything, which is unprofessional. After about 5 minutes of silence, it hangs up on me, AGAIN. Didn’t even get a chance to place a new order if needed. I call the local Papa John’s store again, this time pressing the option to speak to a manager. A girl answered, and I asked “is this the manager?” She paused and said “no” and sounded confused and annoyed. Apparently pressing the option to speak with a manager simply puts you through to the main store line where anyone can answer, which is a red flag to me. I said “I pressed option 5 to speak with a manager. She said “hold on”’ sounding annoyed. A young man answered that sounded like the person I spoke to before under the “order status” option, which sounded like a teenager or early twenties possibly. I imagined she put me on the phone with a driver or whoever was closest. But I give the benefit of the doubt and ask “is this the manager?” And with a little hesitation and a reluctant tone, he said “yes”. I asked him for his first name. He refused to give it to me, which is extremely unprofessional and is another huge red flag. But I explained what kind of trouble I was having, and he basically doesn’t offer any help at all, and sounds as if he simply doesn’t care and just wants to get off the phone with me. Managers do not act and talk this way with customers. Not even an apology. I suppose they feel if they don’t give their name, they’re avoiding any and all accountability. He only says “place a new order”, but can’t tell me anything else, like if I’m gonna be charged twice having entered all my payment info already, or what happened with my first order, or why I’m having so much trouble. How is it possible that I placed an order and it doesn’t show anything in their system at all? I honestly don’t think I spoke with a manager, especially since he refused to give his name. Simply terrible experience, simply terrible customer service. And there is no avenue to make a complaint, as if they care nothing about what goes on with their stores. This is today’s standard of customer service.

This was my first time ordering Papa John’s pizza and we were highly disappointed. The pizza and wings were cold!! The chicken wings looked like they were off baby chickens! Pizza was just thrown together! We will never order from here again! They should be ashamed!

Not only is the manager extremely disrespectful but the fact that she allows her kids to run around and a work environment disrespecting her employees and belittling them in front of customers. But the fact that she treats the customers just as badly I feel sorry for the employees that work for this restaurant.

I had ordered on the app for a pickup at 7:15. At 6:35 I get a text that says my pizza was done. Do they not look at when they’re supposed to start the pizza finish the pizza by the time I got it it was barely warm they didn’t even put it under a heating lamp or anything to keep it warm. I have not ordered from this Papa John’s in a long long time. Now I remember why!!!
