This is my third time here getting a sandwich. Everything as far as the sandwiches is fine. However, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen when it comes to being upbeat, professional, and courteous. Specifically, Curtis on three different occasions I have came to this location and I can’t get someone to even greet me. Straight to what will you have…… seriously no hey sir how are you what can I get you? This was not Curtis but it shows that the General Manager is literally not doing their job to explain to his employees we’re spending damn near $18 dollars for a meal and no one wants to be courteous. Now back to Curtis everytime I’ve been dealing with him I always say thank you and I don’t get a minuscule respect as a man for him to say you’re welcome to me? It’s ridiculous that no one in this restaurant has manners and being hospitable when spending hard working money that’s damn near $20 bucks a meal when I might as well if I had the time to go to Olive Garden but when I see them over here chit chatting away and talking within their clique it’s all smiles and giggles. Do better and word of advice as another business owner here in Lewisville that has hundreds of people checking in and out of my hotels here I will make sure not to recommend Potbellys to anyone or have my meeting rooms catered by yall. If you’re the ownership of this store I urge you to be more present at this location because the hired management is not keeping your satisfaction scores up.

I ordered online via the app for delivery. When my food got here the delivery person did not knock, didn’t get an app alert, they idn’t ring the doorbell, or anything. So by the time I got my food from the porch because I didn’t know it was there it was ice cold and gross. So basically I paid like five or six extra dollars to have crappy food.

What a gem of a spot! I can’t recommend Potbelly’s enough. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were attentive without being overbearing and genuinely seemed to love their jobs, which really made the experience that much better.
The restaurant itself was immaculate. You can tell they take great pride in keeping the space clean and comfortable. This level of care extends to the food and drinks as well. Everything we ordered was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a great variety, and it’s clear they use high-quality ingredients. I’m still thinking about that delicious pasta and the refreshing cocktails!
This place is the total package: a super clean environment, fantastic food and drinks, and a staff that goes above and beyond. We had a wonderful time and are already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for an excellent dining experience, look no further. Five stars all the way!

I got a sandwich and I just wanted the regular toppings that came on it and for some reason they loaded my sandwich with every topping they offer imaginable, and shorted me on the prime rib meat there that I was actually excited to try. Idk why they didn’t use any common sense there:(

Always great when you order 3 sandwiches and there’s no lettuce tomato onions or mayo/mustard. Didn’t even ask if we wanted them. Also great when you order a chicken club and it’s just cheese and chicken and no bacon. Great work guys! Didn’t know people could do sandwiches below the bare minimum.

Terrible sandwich. Pic says it all. I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s where the bread is fresh, fluffy and not over-warmed to the point where it’s so chewy it’s almost inedible. Where the meat is piled on, fresh and again not over-warmed and dried out. Where the cheese isn’t sliced so thin and AGAIN way over-warmed to the point it’s almost non existent, you can’t even see it in the pic. I also requested hot peppers but that request was clearly ignored. Terrible food and way overpriced for the literal $&@! you end up with. $30 down the drain! Never again.

Really good!! Been driving by for YEARS and always thought their sandwiches would be skimpy, lacking in substance so never tried it. WRONG!! Finally tried Potbelly today and the Cuban heated was fantastic! Added free mayo, onions and sweet heat BBQ sauce on the side. Wow!!! So happy I had it heated! Made it soooo good! They told me the BBQ sauce was really hot, but it wasn’t. If you’re like me and sensitive, get it on the side. You have to apply the right sauce to sandwich ratio or you might wreck the experience. I will definitely be back and telling all my friends and coworkers that think what I always thought too will come with. Truly happy to have another good choice for sandwiches!!
