This place is a hidden gem!!!! I was so judgmental when we came here there was no one eating in there and it did not smell like food after I placed my order she told me 25 min so I was irritated and hungry but I waited and when I tell you I had to come introduce myself and apologize out loud baby listen I ordered the loaded fries Philly cheese steak and 10 honey gold wings with a fluffy fresh roll!!!!

I tried the Ki-Ki Special—cheeseburger, egg rolls, wings, and seasoned fries—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Every single item was piping hot, fresh, and clearly cooked to order. The flavors were on point, the portions were generous, and everything tasted like real care went into preparing it.
Customer service was top tier from start to finish – friendly, fast, and welcoming. And for the amount of food you get, the pricing is more than reasonable.
This is officially my new favorite spot in Memphis. If you haven’t tried the Ki-Ki Special yet, you’re missing out!

I took a visit to this establishment during my lunch hour. I traveled from downtown to Westwood to try this spot. I must say, I will absolutely return to this establishment.
My co-worker and I were greeted by friendly, professional staff. After our order was taken we were informed of a 20 min wait. This trip was worth the wait!
I ordered a 5piece wing combo. It was absolutely delicious. Seasoned to perfection, fried just right with the perfect crunch. Not those huge, hormone injected looking pieces either. Normal size chicken wings, the way that I love them! The fries were just as delicious.
I have to go back and try everything on the menu!!! 10/10

Hidden gem! I had the Kiki sampler and my husband had the bookie sampler. Everything was delicious. The hot wing rolls are very spicy. They cooked the wings crispy with plenty of sauce. I love the honey gold and hot lemon pepper. The sauce is thick and not runny like most places. The Philly cheesesteak was good. I would drive that 20 miles for this place. We did order online and waited about 30 minutes.

I travel a lot and always search for the best wings. This is definitely one of the best spots I’ve found in the country. The food and service was awesome. They do tell you it will take about 25mins to prepare your food. Then you hear the oil popping and know something good is happening. Great people and food.
