I should have known that the empty parking lot and drive thru was my sign to go to Bojangles. We pulled up to the drive thru sign and was greeted by an attitude. Hurried and the person seemed annoyed with me. We ordered the largest family meal, 16 piece I believe. For my husband , me and our 6 children. When we got home and opened the bag (that my husband held in his lap the WHOLE way home) our large red beans and rice along with the large Mac and cheese were completely poured out in the bottom of the bag! The large coleslaw was not white like it should have been if it were fresh. It looked, felt and tasted like it had been sitting out of the refrigerator all day. The chicken was not crispy and had soggy skin. The lids on the side containers were drink cup lids. We will absolutely never ever go back here!!!

I came in tonight at 9:57pm. Just before they locked the doors. I didn’t realize the dining room closed at 10. Mika was very professional and courteous and didn’t make me feel like I came in too late. (Even though I did!!) On top of it all, my food was hot and fresh!!! Popeyes always hit the spot. The chicken come out crispy, well seasoned, and full of flavor every time. The biscuits soft and buttery, and the sides like the mashed potatoes and red beans and rice always taste fresh. The service quick, and the food worth the money. If you want good, tasty fried chicken, Popeyes is a solid choice.

Just accept you need to do better. Take accountability for being rude to many customers. There were plenty of witnesses. Stop asking your friends to leave “good” reviews when thats the opposite of what you are. Imagine going to a place expecting great friendly service bc of these good reviews, then being immediately disappointed by a rude staff member that doesnt want you there.

I literally ordered from doordash and when my food arrived it was cold, I was missing an item, and the sprite was just carbonated water. I called this location because I thought my order came from here, they told me to come back and they would remake it and the person forgot they were out of sprite. I went to the location, I was ignored for 5 minutes when going to the counter the woman had an attitude and stated the food wasnt from their location due to it have a different top then what they had. I simply ask where the other location was and she said she didnt know I said I was sorry because I thought the doordash came from their location because i thought this was the only one in cartersville. She said “what was my name April, yeah we dont have a doordash for you.” I said no my name isnt April and she said they still didnt have a doordash for me and kept reiterating that there location doesnt have the same tops and how she wasnt from here she was from rome. She then yelled for another customer in my face and ignored me in which I asked another worker where the other location was and they told me. I will be calling cooperate after this, if you want popeyes and better customer service go to the one in white, ga.

I had to wait over 10 mins to order food with no one inside and only one other car ahead of me in the drive thru. Waited a few minutes behind that car and when I finally got to the box they immediately asked me to hold on. Weighted for another 7 minutes before someone came to the speaker and took my order. I was patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I get to the window and ask for a dipping sauce on the menu the the lady told the gentleman I had to pay for it. That’s fine. I paid $1.61 for 2. I’d ordered a #3 bacon and cheese sandwhich meal. I finally get home to enjoy my food and the sandwhich is wrong. No bacon, no cheese and they never gave me a receipt. I’m so over it. It’s a lot harder to let these things like this go when you don’t get what you pay for when an average fast food combo meal is $16.00. I knew I should’ve just gone to chic-fil-a. It’s the only consistent place around here.

Stop to get something to eat for super the Popeyes whole crew were outside smoking and talking told me 12 min to cook chicken that everything was cook to order. Which I know better they didn’t want to work and wait on customers… very disappointing… KFC didn’t have any issues serving me…

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. Simply put: food was great service was so bad I felt the need to apologize even showing up in the drive through. Was treated like dog crap on the side of the road. And I was incredibly polite the whole way through. This location needs a change of employees in my opinion.
