The people that helped me there today are phenomenal. Your store has a wonderful atmosphere. I didn’t get the names of those who helped me but I believe it was a manager & the woman at the front counter. Used to go to the one on Hampton regularly, but since that had closed upon this location opening, I’ve tried to give this one a chance. But close to every time me and my boyfriend have gone, it’s always something wrong.
Three times in the last month, we’ve both received the wrong drink entirely (given matcha instead of choco frap, how does that even happen).
Twice this past week, we’ve had to rush-eat our sandwiches before having to head into work because they took too long. We order 30 mins in advance to give us time to chill in the lobby before heading out, but it’s difficult when it seems they take the full 30 just to make them.
Sometimes they’d even give us the wrong food items as well.
And just today, they misplaced my drink for pickup and placed it at the drive-thru area even though I ordered in-store. Drinks got watered down by the time we got them, and even then, I had to ask.
I miss the Hampton location. They were reliable and always had good service and friendly attitude.
We live in the same area as Ave. E, but we’ll now be choosing to make the drive to other Starbucks locations instead.

A great place to get a coffee. Could’ve did without the employee locking the door at 8:58. Starbucks closes at 9:00 and all I wanted was a gift card.

Me and my girlfriend have been going to this Starbucks for 3 months now and every time we get our drinks they come out perfect to the taste and to the appearance . Another great thing about this location is how friendly the workers are 10/10

After experiencing a catistrofic fiat failure and having to sleep in the vehicle. I woke and walked to starbos. Chrystal, Marianna, Karina and Noah were incredibly helpful. Had a couple cups of pikes and breakfast while they helped me notify my loved ones of where I was.

If I could give no stars I would. I had to rewrite my review after all these new employees started working there, especially the blonde women who works in the early mornings. The customer service is absolutely awful. I’ve been accused of stealing a protein drink by the blonde female who works the mornings. The new morning crew sucks. they don’t smile, the drinks never taste good anymore, and my food is either still cold or doesn’t come with napkins or a fork. This used to be my favorite Starbucks, now I have to find a new one because this one has completely turned into trash.
