Outstanding! Located inside a pickleball club, but don’t let that deter you! Our server, Shawn, was outstanding. We were so exhausted from traveling from the west coast and he was so kind to us! Our food was delicious and fresh. Make sure you save room for desert. The Toffee Pudding (recommended by Shawn) is a must!! Split it among two or more people. Highly recommend The KITCHEN Table to anyone!

Okay, so this may be the worst food on Aquidneck Island. A hard accolade to earn in a thriving, mediocre, and uninspired restaurant landscape. Don’t be fooled by the marketing and high prices, it’s bowling alley food and poorly executed at that.
Low quality ingredients, inept cooking, an absolutely undrinkable Bloody Mary (another first for me)… I’ve experienced plenty enough to say, do not go here for dinner.
The good… It’s not a bad space and atmosphere, plus the waitress was good and comped the untouched first round of drinks. It’s a fine spot to get a beer or glass a wine, just skip the bartender’s handy work and steer far away from the dinner menu.

DO NOT get the blt with the pork belly. That was TERRIBLE. Literally tasted like fish. No one could eat it. Also, cold and soggy. Everything else was good, but this was atrocious, insidious, and felt like a personal attack.

What an incredible surprise this place turned out to be! Don’t let the pickleball club location fool you – this restaurant serves up absolutely phenomenal food that rivals any standalone eatery.
Our group mostly went with the smash burgers, which were cooked to perfection, but I have to give special praise for their gluten-free options. My wife ordered the BLT on gluten-free bread, and honestly, it was one of the best GF buns I’ve ever tasted – soft, flavorful, and you’d never know it wasn’t regular bread!
Our server Josephine deserves major kudos – she was attentive, friendly, and made our entire dining experience wonderful. The service really elevated an already great meal.
But let’s talk about those sweet potato tots – WOW! These aren’t your average tots. They’re perfectly crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth tender inside, with what tastes like a touch of brown sugar and finished with beautiful large sea salt crystals. Pure genius and absolutely addictive!
The atmosphere is unique and fun, being connected to the pickleball courts. It’s so good that it’s already convinced my stepmother to drag my father into trying pickleball! They also have an intriguing tequila tree on the menu that we’ll definitely be back to try.
My only minor note is that the restroom is a bit of a walk since it’s located within the pickleball facility, but honestly, that’s a tiny inconvenience for such outstanding food and service.
This place has earned a permanent spot on our dining rotation when we visit Newport. Highly recommend giving it a try – you’ll be pleasantly shocked by the quality!

We ate dinner here last night and I had to come write a review about the experience and spread the word about The Kitchen Table. Our meal was great and our server Hannah was awesome! I think the Mexican Spice Tequila drink I had was one of the best drinks I had in a really long time. I am always searching for a truly spicy tequila drink and this one finally hit the mark. My nephew loved his pickle sub and the french fries are really tasty (the are made with beef tallow, like the original McDonalds fry!). We also finished the meal with the Toffee Pudding that was always my favorite Fifth Element dessert, and I am so glad it isn’t gone for food. Please go try The Kitchen Table, the food and service were wonderful, we will be going back for sure.

I enjoyed The Kitchen. I love the Rally Bowl (salmon dish), BBQ tenders and my absolute favorite sweet potato tater tots with sauce. Great place to relax after pickleball
