Tried to call Subway 2 times and they hung up on me. Dell Range, the girl making sandwiches was completely rude. The lettuce was brown, when I asked her for fresh lettuce, she threw what she had in her hand back in the bucket and got the less brown Lettuce in the next container. Got home, and had a huge piece of her hair in 2 of our sandwiches… ♀️

We came in tonight after walking out of the Carlson store because the employee was extremely rude and had an attitude the short time we were there (we were polite the entire time), and Dedrick was absolutely amazing. I don’t know why I come back, other than they make good food but EVERY time I come the person that cashes you out at the end of the line, wear their gloves while touching the screen and handling your money. Then when they are done, they dig into the next person’s sandwich without washing or even changing their gloves. This is how people get sick.

As I walk in, the first thing I’m asked is if that is my vehicle parked. I said yes. I am then told thats not a parking spot. There are no lines visible due to snow. I apologize. After making my sandwich, I’m informed that they used the good chicken instead of the chicken breast. I am charged extra. I said I didn’t order anything extra I just want my sandwich for said price. They refuse and say they must charge me extra for something I didn’t ask for. WILL NOT RETURN!

This will be the last time visiting this store. Two of the sandwiches I ordered had no lettuce at all. They were supposed to be toasted but were burnt instead. I ordered three bags of chips but only received two. Any double of any ingredients requested were sparse at best. This isn’t the first time we have had issues at this store. Ordered a meatball sub with no cheese through door dash. A very simple order. My first sub was delivered with cheese on it and marinara sauce, but no meatballs! I called Subway and received a second sub which again had cheese on it. However, I was able to remove the cheese because it was not melted. The meatballs were ice cold. I put the sub into my oven in order to heat it up and eat it. Absolutely incompetent!

I’m sorry and I hate to give 1 star. But this was a disorganized in managed subway. The girl being trained had to ask every step she needed to take rather than being lead. Cash only, due to incompetent software. They said it happens all the time. ( Owner’s fix this problem) The bread was smashed due to incorrect cutting literally for the 2 sandwich before me and the 3 I ordered. The bathroom’s were pure nasty. Definitely not cleaned or checked on. The urinal didn’t flush. And no towels to wipe hands. The employees were all bickering. It’s as if someone brought the place, put people to work and never returned. I had an overall sense of dread being in there. Bad experience all around.

The placement pf the location is easy access but it doesnt feel like a special place in any capacity. Now I do love Subway so I can preach that the sandwiches are great but what’s really cool about this one is that it’s a shared building and there is an Inta Juice in the building as well and a smoothie goes so well with a nice sub. If you are hungry and like Subway I’d hit this one.
