I visited Firebirds for the first time and their pizza is amazing. I was greeted upon my walk in with smiles by the two front host Kailey and Paige. Kailey also assisted me with placing my order even offered suggestions, which is, very nice. Shortly after placing my order my food came out steaming, fresh, and cheesy. By far some of the best pizza I have tried. This place is clean and welcoming. Thanks Firebirds for a great dine in experience.

Me and my fiance ate here the other night. He really liked telling me about the decor. The waitress was so sweet too! Food came out super fast. My drink stayed refilled. The setting was super calm and relaxed (it was like 5-6pm). Pizza was 10/10 but what I neeeeed is an endless supply of those Ferrari rolls (the cheese and pepperoni rollup things). This place way better than pizza grocery in my opinion. Wish I could give this place 10 stars.

I had a burger and fries and also we got a pizza. I personally loved the burger it was thick cut and delicious fries were a bit soggy but had a lot of seasoning. The pizza, in my opinion, was thin but had a good taste. Just like everything now, the price was a little higher than I expected. Overall, they had good food. Would go again. Expect an additional fee if you pay with a card.

Only the pizza was good. And the wait for the food was long. If your wanting sweet tea, then pass on this The pasta dishes had little to no flavor, was very runny and both kinds were served cold. The grilled Mac and cheese was served cold as well and had no real flavor to them as well. Bottom line… Just order the pizza in advance and call it in, and wait. I loved the look of the place in the garage direction. But it needed alot of cleaning up too.

i don’t think I can go back to regular pizza after trying this sourdough crust. It’s perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and has that subtle tang that makes every bite addicting. You can tell the dough is cared for and given time to develop real flavor. The toppings were super fresh and well-balanced, not overloaded, but just right so you can actually taste every ingredient. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made me feel like I was a regular even on my first visit (I’ve been here over 20 times now in the last year). If you’re a pizza lover, this place is a must.

We picked a bad time to try them – looked like 2 softball teams with kids there, Saturday around 1:40pm – and I hope that explains things we had issues with. We started with GTO fries and a pizza slice as appetizers. The fries were barely warm, most of the cheese unmelted, but still a good dish: generous toppings, delicious aoili, real chunks of bacon, and fries were not greasy. The pepperoni slice: you can tell the dough is special, although it was a bit greasy and soggy, plenty of deliciously seasoned sauce, and decent cheese and meat for such a thin crust. We had burgers – they have so many styles to choose from – and they were wonderful. I rarely eat burgers out because they always disappoint me, but not here: the meat reminded me of a good steak, the bun tasted good, had great texture, and held up, and the toppings were delicious. I would have given the service a break, assuming they were overwhelmed, but too many reviews make it sound like it’s normally not great. My husband was trying so hard to get her attention, it was like a sit com. He waved and she waved back, but still didn’t check table. He resorted to waving his arm like a kid in school. She’d come to table next to us, but kept going away. They only had 2 diet beverages when we were there – Pepsi Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper – and they were both atrocious. Imagine if LaCroix made cokes: the barest whiff of flavor and all the bitterness of artificial sweetener. Atmosphere: decor cute, but brick walls and noisy crowds are an acoustic nightmare. They did have tvs on but silent, and no music, just the cacophony of the teams. We definitely want to try them again, but at a slower time, to give them a fair test.

The burgers are REALLY good! The pizza was not my favorite. The sauce lacks something in my opinion. Mac n cheese was okay . Fries are like 5 guys fries. The Ferrari rolls were pretty delicious.
