I was visiting from Michigan and went there to purchase a slice of pepperoni pizza for my grandson. There was one slice left which look like it had been there for some time. I asked to purchase a fresh slice. The youngman said I could purchase that slice. I asked if they had fresh pizza because that one looked old. He replied saying they had fresh pizza but won’t bring it out until that last old slice sells. I left because that was ridiculous and he was so rude. My son arrived and called to see if I had gotten the pizza for my grandson. I asked him to see if they had fresh pizza out. He said they had some out and he would get a slice. This is what I got! It may had been good if not for the crust. Pretty much the crust makes the pizza. The bottom was burnt to the taste. It was sickening. A waste of money.

This is typical NY style pizza with a crispy crust and lots of good grease. The reason I didn’t give five stars on food is that it lacks the flavor in the toppings and the salty cheese you’d expect from NY pizza.
If you order anything other than plain or pepperoni the prices shoot up big time. Not worth it for other types.

It’s 8:45 PM and they were already out of Margherita slices — and they refused to make more. They close at 1 AM, yet can’t keep basic items available or bother serving customers. No wonder these big-brand restaurants wonder why they struggle with sales. Worst experience ever.

Zizi”s Pizza has great pizza! I like you have the option to purchase by the slice, and add additional toppings for a reasonable price. The staff is very professional and friendly. I recommend this restaurant, particularly if you are visiting the area.

It’s ridiculous how unprofessional, slow and inefficient this place is. The staff deliberately moves like snails and is inconsiderate. The ordering process is inept and this is the second time I’ve come to the MGM and it is pathetically slow. The staff keeps people waiting for no reason. 40 minutes waiting IN LINE just to order a slice of pizza! Zizi’s DO BETTER or find a manager that knows how to manage. Everyone waiting in line was complaining about these issues because the line was unnecessarily long.

The place was busy and there was a long line to order and another one to pick up and pay. It took me about 15 minutes to get my slice of pizza, which was not very fast considering the size of the place.
The pizza looked appetizing, but it was not very fresh. It seemed like they cooked the pizza early and reheated it in their ovens. The crust was thin and crispy, but the cheese was dry and rubbery. I asked for some toppings, but they just put them on top of the cheese pizza and did not melt them properly. The toppings kept falling off while I was eating, which was annoying and messy.
The pizza tasted okay, but not great. It was good enough for a late night snack, but not something I would crave for. For the prices they charge, I expected higher quality and more variety. The pizza was also very greasy and heavy, which made me feel bloated afterwards.
Overall, Zizi’s Pizza at MGM National Harbor Casino is a good place to get a slice of pizza if you are in a hurry and not very picky.
