LuLu’s at the Lake is one of our absolute favorite breakfast stops! The omelets are delicious and will keep you full all day, and the kids always get excited for their Mickey Mouse pancakes. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and it’s the perfect spot to start your morning. Highly recommend!

We had a really disappointing experience at Lulu’s at the Lake for their Sunday brunch. We have visited Lulu’s multiple times but each time continues to get worse. The service was absolutely terrible; the staff was inattentive and seemed uninterested in helping us, leaving us waiting for everything. The food was equally disappointing—bland, poorly prepared, and not worth the price. There so called egg casserole was absolutely terrible as it smelled and tasted burnt. The cleanliness was just terrible, with dirty tables and a generally unkempt Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience, unfortunately this will be our last time eating there.

Stopped in for breakfast while traveling through town. I was cheerfully greeted and seated immediately. At 8 AM you can pick from the full menu.
I selected the veggie omelette and potatoes covered with grilled onions. I also selected the sourdough toast.
What I did not expect was the portion size. This veggie omelette was enormous. If you hear about a shortage of cheese it is because it’s all in my omelette!
The omelette was the size of a rolled up Sunday paper. It’s tough to get a veggie omelette right and this kitchen delivered perfect perfection.
Those potatoes and onions! I didn’t leave any of those on the plate.
The sourdough toast and the jelly in those little medicine cups was just perfect.

Clearly, Lulu’s is a local’s favorite and there is a reason why. The food is fresh, the service attentive, the atmosphere inviting, and the food is remarkable.

Highly recommended.

My wife and I had amazing meals at Lulu’s at the Lake recently! My eggs benedict were perfectly poached and her steak and eggs were amazing! The steak was tender and it melted in your mouth as if it was from a downtown, high-end steakhouse. Thanks for a great breakfast and we can’t wait to come back!

I don’t even know where to begin. My husband and I have lived at the lake for three years, and not once—not once—have we actually been able to eat at Lulu’s. We’ve tried on multiple occasions to stop by and support a local business, hoping each time that maybe this would finally be the day they were open when they said they would be. It has never happened.

Tonight was the last straw. It’s a Saturday evening, and according to both Facebook and Google, their updated winter hours are 7 AM to midnight. So we stopped by at 5:30 PM… and surprise, surprise—they were closed. Again.

At this point, I’m exhausted even attempting to support this restaurant. I’m done trying to guess whether they’ll actually be open. It shouldn’t be this hard. Meanwhile, The Landing, literally right across the street, is always open when they say they will be. They honor their posted hours, they value customers’ time, and we never leave disappointed.

I genuinely wanted to like Lulu’s, but after three years of trying, I’ve given up. Consistency matters, and unfortunately, Lulu’s simply doesn’t have it.

We unexpectedly happened upon their Santa visit, and our grandchildren loved it. They even had crafts for them to do while we waited. The food was great, portions are huge, staff was friendly, efficient & attentive. Great breakfast! Our only complaint was the egg on the eggs benedict was hard cooked and should be runny, so if you order this, be sure to specify.

We had a late breakfast, Veggie Omelet and LuLu’s Special with sausage gravy on home fries. Large servings, food was good, delivery of food was quick. It’s worth a return.

We had our Indian Lake Chamber Luncheon here. They had a large room that could accommodate our group of roughly 55 people. They had a large tv to watch the presentation. After that, we had a buffet lunch. Great time!
