Every other time I place an order here, I have an issue. I have had to get into the habit of checking my order before I leave from the drive through due to this trend.

The order issues I have had included: missing items, providing the *wrong item*, including an ingredient I asked to be excluded in my entree, and irregularly small portion sizes.

Today when I went, I reported an issue with my order before I left, and the managers decided to do nothing about it, which means that employees are being taught the wrong message that customer satisfaction and doing the right thing aren’t the expectation anymore.

The taste of the food is good and the ingredients are of a good quality so I continue to be a customer (for now).

I know this location is newer, but management should train the employees to pay attention to detail and set a better example.

I’ve visited this location a few times over the past couple of months while in town visiting family. The first time, I ordered a bag of Chick-fil-A Sauce–flavored chips but received regular chips instead. On my second visit, my sister and I ordered a large meal for the whole family, but several items were missing, my sister didn’t get her chicken nuggets, and I once again didn’t receive my side.

Be sure to double-check your order before leaving the drive-through, as mistakes seem to happen fairly often here. To their credit, Chick-fil-A headquarters did provide us with free items for our next visit, which I appreciated. Still, it would be much better to have the order correct the first time.

I ordered 2 kids meals and waited 25 mins after paying in the drive thru.
Another time I ordered 3 meals and 2 kids meals. Get home to realize I got both kids meals and 2 bags with fries, I didn’t receive 2 sandwich’s and a 12 count nugget. I go back to the store and am confronted by whom I assumed is the manager ( gentleman with tattoos showing on his arms) he proceeds to tell me he’s the one who packed my order and he put my sandwich’s and nuggets in the back and makes me buy them again instead of making it right. This location has horrible service. Long waits and incompetent management.
I live down the street from here that’s the only reason I come to this location

Went to drive thru lane 3 at 4: 06 pm, waited (no one in front) finally got my order at 4:24 pm. The middle lane had 5 vehicles go out & 2 on online lane. One drink had spilled all over the outside. Ask for managers name & was told “Lucky”. I went inside, after a few minutes finally a person walked by, I ask if he name Lucky? He thought for a second and said that is me. I told him about long wait& spilled overage on drink. He said they were trying to get fries done. I also told him that their customer service was terrible (suck), he DID NOT appear to be concerned!!

This is one of the worst managed Chick-fil-A’s I have ever been to. They take forever in the drive thru and are not much better when you go inside. I am all about having fun at work, but not when you have a line of people waiting for their food.

I have had my order wrong here multiple times. They dont have people taking order outside during busy hours like all other locations. They are slow. They only have one line for orders. The other line is for online orders.

People and their service are very nice, and the food is great too. However, they forgot an item, parfait, in my order today. I understand that I ordered quite lots of food and I wasn’t checking inside. But this is the second time, and I hope this will not happen again.

Chick-fil-A is usually known for their customer service and the ability to get you through their drive-through quickly. This location has to be the slowest in the United States. Someone from corporate really needs to visit this store and explain what they’re doing wrong.
