I decided to give this place a try after hearing about it from one of my coworkers. The prices are decent and the food is delicious. Very large portions and the food is flavorful and not boring. I’m looking forward to going back again.

I went to get two orders of rolled tacos, we they gave my order to someone else as I was standing there I didn’t know it was my order because he had been there longer than me, I was as he opened the bag and went through both orders before realizing it wasn’t his order, he went back up to the counter and told them his order was wrong, well come to find out he only ordered one order of rolled tacos, then after the lady gave him his order she looked at me and oh this is your order, I informed her I observed the guy going through both boxes considering he only had one order box, she said okay I’ll make you another order. So as I waited for ( supposedly a new order which I couldn’t see) after around 10 minutes she said I’m boxing your order now. Needless to say I couldn’t complain ( should have just got my money back) they probably would have put something in my food, so instead of getting a hot fresh order she gave me the cold order that had been sitting out. I was really disappointed ☹️☹️ I guess I’ll never go to this Taco shop again.

First time at this restaurant. The beef broth tasted like it had been salted with water. But the shouting and screaming from the cooks was terrible; the yelling, mockery, and sarcasm were unacceptable. I didn’t want to eat there anymore. The cashier was extremely kind and respectful.

Got carnitas tacos for taco today and the meat was so dry and hard and the tortillas were dry as well.. so disappointed since I got so many of them and this is the 3rd time that the food wasn’t that great the rosaritos in la mesa is way better and cheaper I will never go back to this one

I’ve been a fan of Rosarito’s for a while — in fact, I’ve had their burrito about four times over the last few months. Sadly, with each visit, the quality has steadily declined while the price has climbed. What used to be a solid, flavorful, and reliable go-to meal has become a watery, overpriced disappointment.

This last visit sealed it for me. The burrito was absolutely drenched — so much liquid that the tortilla couldn’t hold up, and it turned into a soggy mess. I’ve included photos to show just how far off the mark this was. For a meal that cost over $20, I expect something with care, consistency, and flavor — not something that falls apart the second you unwrap it.

Rosarito’s used to have a great thing going. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portion size matched the price, and it felt worth it. Now it just feels like they’re cutting corners while charging more.

Unless things turn around, this might have been my last burrito from Rosarito’s.

Ordered caldo de res and a carnitas burrito from Grubhub tonight. The caldo was THE BEST I have ever eaten. Hands down. Only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because the rice was crunchy, even putting it in the caldo didn’t help, and they did not include salsa with the burrito. My husband said the burrito was still really good, though, and had a good amount of guacamole, which he loves.

But that caldo, man. I’ll be dreaming about it. So so soooo good. And just what I needed for my sore throat. And yes, I ate it out of a mixing bowl, because I’m sick and too lazy and tired to wash a proper bowl. Please don’t tell your abuela to come at me with her chancla
