This Domino’s is a joke they took my points for nothing I normally uses a deal and either get a free pizza by using my points or whatever points I do have. Today I use 15% off my order and use my points for my free bread bites I do the same thing EVERY TIME ugh Montgomery restaurants All a complete joke if it’s not one thing it’s another with them. I rather drive to Albemarle to get pizza or wings. And they didn’t even give me a receipt for my order.
And secondly we order mild buffalo wings it barely not mild sauce they mind as well gave us just plain wings

Inept doesn’t begin to describe the service.
Waited over an hour for a pizza and after that, they didn’t give me what I ordered. It’s not like I didn’t write it down for you exactly what I wanted because I did in your online order form. While I was there waiting, I wasn’t the only customer who didn’t get what they ordered as you could hear the complaints. To make matters worse, they called my name (as in my pizza was ready) I responded and they said “it’s not your order and we’ll call your name when it’s ready”. I checked the Dominoe’s app and the app changed from “not ready” to ready “at the time they told me to wait ten more minutes… what’s up with that?

Ordered 2 pizzas for carry out. Got home and 1 is incorrect…no meat, extra veggies that were not requested, and wrong crust. Upon calling the store, we were passed between 2 people who repeated what we said several times and still could not understand what the issue was. They would not deliver for any reason. Had to drive back to get a new pizza, which now makes the correct pizza cold.

Always messing up my order. Foods never hot when I receive it, at best lukewarm. Tonight I ordered just pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and loaded bacon tater tots. No marinara sauce or ranch delivery with my food now my food is cold because it’s been over an hour waiting on the, “I’ll be right back”
