Took my kids here after a long week of school and work. We were so excited to eat out after such a long day. We order our food (2 bacon avo chicken sandwiches and 2 burgers). Our food arrived, and immediately our night was slowed down. My daughter’s chicken bacon avo sandwich was missing 2/3 of the ingredients in the name: no avocados AND no bacon. Not only that, but she asked for no pickles, but they made sure those were on her sandwich still. Fine. She’ll be okay. We keep eating and all of a sudden I see my son’s face turn to absolute disgust. He’s repulsed by his sandwich. I asked him what was wrong and before I could hear a reply, I see a hair in his sandwich…why??? My wife went up to ask for a refund and while she was up there, we noted not a Single worker was complying with health code and wearing a hairnet. Terrible! We’ve been to this location before and have never run into problems like this! My son is absolutely abhorred by this experience and couldn’t even finish the rest of his food for the night. If the workers can’t even do something so simple as wearing a HAIRNET, then who knows what other health compliances they are skipping??? Also, the bathroom is spooky.

I can’t believe this location.. either burgers too salty or there’s minimal to no shake shack sauce. Today I finally figured how to select condiments on the app and selected everything. Plus pickles and raw onion… they put ONLY pickles. Like seriously? How blind are these people .. the shop wasn’t even busy . Worst location ever.. if it weren’t for distance, I would not order from here. This store is ruining shack’s branding, burger tastes only salty and why does the shack sauce taste like mayo with cheese? I don’t recall it tasting like this… disgusting . Most of us don’t give 2 fingers about customer service but at the least provide good burgers which they fail in both aspects. Never returning .. Big Mac might be better option

It’s my first time here. The price is amazing but worth it for the quality, taste and quantity. The atmosphere is very clean and I love the idea that there is an employee organizing the orders and bringing them to your table (dinne in) or calling you by name to pick up (to go). I’ll start off by saying I’m not big on burgers or even Shake Shack but I changed my mind after coming to this location and trying their Shack Stack.
I worked in the Lower East Side for almost 2 years and although I saw this location I never went to try it while I was working.
Last week, I came here around 8:30pm with 2 friends and order a ShackBurger, my friends each got the Shack Stack which comes with the mushroom burger stacked on a cheeseburger. It look pretty good so I tried and OMG!!! It was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The mushroom was breaded and fried and added a desiring flavor to the burger. We also got regular fries and spicy cheese fries with ranch sauce.
There was plenty of seating available and everything look cleaned. There wasn’t much of a line so we got our food pretty quickly so overall a great experience. They also served beer and wine.
The Shack Stack was so good that I went back the next day to a different Shake Shack (Bryant Park Location) and ordered it. My friend still works in LES and she also went back to get it

I went here thinking all shake shack restaurants would be comparable. I ordered a Shroom stacked burger (with a patty). The burger was good. However, it was expensive and barely had any meat. This burger cost 50% more and had 1/2 the meat compared to the Miami shake shack. They also ask you for a tip when you need to order and pick up the food yourself. On the bright side, the fries were fresh and restaurant was clean.

I came here for lunch the other day. I didn’t even know there was a Shake Shack in the area. It was a bit out of the way. The store was big and brightly lit. They had tons of seating and cashier and ordering kiosks. The service was quick and the food came out hot. I will say, that I feel like the portion sizes at Shake Shack has gotten smaller.

I have ordered DoorDash from this location twice within the last couple weeks and both times my fries were missing.
I called yesterday to chat about it. Danny was the kindest man and helped get it all straightened out.

Food was pretty tasty once it arrived, but the arrival was the big issue. It took almost a half hour to get a burger, fries, and a shake. About ten minutes after ordering, I got a message that my food was ready and would be at my table shortly. But the food wasn’t ready for another fifteen minutes and I had to pick it up at the counter. And then I had to wait longer to flag down someone to pull my shake out of the freezer.

Had a really good service experience. I’ve had shake shack a lot and it’s solid but today I ordered take out and accidentally dropped my order on my way out because the bag got caught on the door and my food fell onto the ground and one of the employees saw this and immediately offered to make me another one. It’s 12am. It’s late. This would’ve ruined my night but instead this homie hooked me up. I really appreciate this.

If you like burgers and the coolest bathroom ever well you’re in supremo luck because Shack Shack LES has got you covered.
I enjoyed a decadent burger and fry but more importantly had TWO chances to use the bathroom (most places only give me one chance). There’s several sets of stairs down the halls and a co-ed sink trough! Exciting to wash hands with folks from every gender!
