Fast and friendly staff members . The order is always correct! Frequently visit this location and recommend . Booth in far corner with 2 separate tables that can be moved together with a padded chair at each or two × four-person tables with four moveable-padded chairs at each. One x two-person table with two moveable-padded chairs. Male/female bathrooms that are always clean. Free Wi-Fi. Deals clearly marked on the windows with decals. Menu on 3 scrolling LCD TVs. Can order on app and pick up off online order rack that’s away from line. Can purchase coffee grounds by the bag or pods and a variety of different colored/sized thermo-cups. Has a rewards members program.

I always stop at this Dunkin on my way to work. I place a mobile order as I’m getting in the car, 5 minutes later I’m at the store picking it up, and my order is always ready by the time I get there. Every once in a while there might be a small issue, maybe one too few pumps of flavor in the coffee, or a forgotten extra slice of cheese on my sandwich, but 99 times out of 100 my order is perfect.

I usually skip past this dunkin on my way home from work, the last few weeks it’s been undergoing renovations and such, But jeez everything is such low quality from this particular Dunkin spot. Else where i feel like I’m gettin my moneys worth. I would give no stars if i could because it certainly isn’t worth my hungry mornin pocket dive for something to settle my hunger.
These particular donuts that I’m showing below were framed to be “fresh” so i called the owner or the employees on site she answered, i greeted, i then proceeded to explain to her that “these donuts are NOT FRESH!!!” In utter disbelief. I then proceeded to get the arousing Asurre that they’re made fresh what do you mean?
Not knowingly i used to work for a coffee & bake shop so i literally can tell that they were dups/extras from the previous day.
I just like to say that i will no longer support this location and you aren’t getting any more of my money.

Manager asked me a discriminatory question when I placed my order. Employees should NEVER ask questions about customers age, race, religion, or gender. Hope this does not happen again because it is a violation of the law

Update 4/9/2025
They went from Bad to worse. now their hours are just breakfast and lunch. They close early.
Update 8/13/2023. I think their donuts went though another round of “shrinkflation” . look at the pics.. $1.60 for a bland donut smaller than the palm of my hand…. just ridiculous.
update 6/25/2023. This place has gone downhill. They normally don’t even have donuts. You would think a donut store would carry donuts? For example a typical Sunday morning .. the racks are empty (see pic). What the do have are overpriced dry, SMALL donuts, much smaller than anywhere else. Look at my picture of thier small $3.75 apple fritter. Save your money and buy at an ACTUAL donut store like Loony Baker or even Kroger Bakery if you have to. Dunkin are the worst you can get.
Service is sub-par. If there are more than 3 people in line look forward to a 15 minute wait as they make one sandwich at a time. They used to be open 24/7 now are only open until 7pm. The real problem is this place is very often overwhelmed with long lines.

Just left this place on Union lake. I ordered a breakfast sandwich: sourdough 2 scrambled eggs and cheese. The sandwich had one half of a slice of thin bacon on it. I asked if this is the way they make this sandwich everyday and the girl said yes. I have includes pics of what is advertised than then what I was given. This is not a bacon sandwich.

I would have given it 5 stars but one time we found a key in our coffee. With no explanation besides maybe a door dash driver did it. They took the key and remade the drink. Now I check my drink before drinking. It was a weird mistake. For the most part your in and out quickly the workers tend to be friendly and quick. Sometimes it can be incredibly busy and backed up. You can’t get the French curler through the app when you order ahead. So I don’t buy them anymore. I do wish they had more alternative drinks that didn’t contain caffeine.

This is what I opened this morning when I got home. A croissant burnt pretty much beyond recognition. Who in their right mind would look at this, put a sausage patty on it and hand it to a customer. Totally unacceptable!!!

Great fast service!!! My children love the strawberry sprinkle donuts. My wife really enjoys the sourdough breakfast sandwich. Stop on in the coffee is delectable as well.

I have lived in the area for over 20 years. This particular Dunkin Donuts used to be banging all the time, even during the night hours. The employees were always friendly an d welcoming. I can’t say the same for the new staff and atmosphere. I went there 2 weeks ago after seeing the PEEPS latte ad on Facebook. It was the second day of the promotion and my husband and I stopped in around 8:30pm or so. The woman behind the counter not only couldn’t understand/comprehend correctly what we were saying, she didn’t even know her own products. We repeatedly asked for a PEEPS marshmallow latte, spelling “peeps” for her and everything. I had accidentally said “peeps marshmallow iced coffee” instead of “iced latte” and she was SUPER set on correcting my terms. She should have acknowledged what I was TRYING TO SAY, being an employee that supposedly knows what they make in their own store. after sorting out the very dragged out “iced latte vs iced coffee” nonsense, my husband had to physically point out the PEEPS marshmallow syrup in the pump dispenser. She kept saying “No peeps, no peeps, we don’t have peeps” and had absolutely no flippin idea what it was until he pointed it out. She tried covering up her mistake by blaming my accidental misusage of “latte” and “coffee”. Unacceptable.
This was the worst experience I have ever had a Dunkin donuts. I will not be returning, I should never have to be so frustrated simply trying to order a large PEEPS marshmallow ICED LATTE. I will stick to my Bigby from now on- at least they know their own ingredients.
