I went to the breakfast buffet with my family for the first time. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, and it was a nice place to eat with family. The food was nothing special, with a basic amount of options, and could have included more minor items like honey and jam for the biscuits. Nothing was special or worth telling home about, and about two items were just frozen food heated up. My only major complaint is the lack of service and signage. There was no sign or indication that it was counter service and that you had to order your drinks and pay first. My family was informed of this by staff after we went to get food, assuming we would pay afterward; the staff was rude about telling us this. The drinks were self-serve, and you had to clean up after yourself. I would have liked if this had been advertised before you pay so you can tip accordingly to the lack of service.

We went here this time for my cousin’s birthday. They offer many types of food and are extremely fast with food cook times. We were here the first time with our friends bikers group. Was impressed enough to suggest to cousin for Birthday dinner and they did not disappoint!
As always the staff here are the best part!

I was looking for a local place to dine after picking my son up from college and stumbled upon this gem. Friendly staff, great food, and unique decor. We loved the story about how some of the decor was acquired. We definitely plan on going back to The Cover Key!!

My boyfriend and I have visited for lunch on one other occassion so this was our second time here.. Having driven past a bunch of times, the first thing i noticed was this place has beautiful scenery surrounding the building with a great aesthetic inside as well! The Clover Key serves amazing fresh food that tastes fantastic, has a nice fun variety of canned craft beers available to drink, and sells so many different items from local vendors including handbags, art, home decor, succulents, and even essential oils. All of this is made possible by the friendly owners and staff who make you feel so welcome every time you walk through the door!! Seriously can’t wait to be able to hire them to cater an event! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Camping at nearby Dillon State Park, and stopped by for the Saturday morning breakfast buffet. Woman behind the counter was incredibly kind explaining the homey setup. The food was was super fresh and delicious, they even came out and offered the biscuits straight out of the oven. My seven year old loved the little games scattered about and thought the gator was super cool.

Wonderful place to visit with a variety of freshly prepared foods and top notch service. We had the smoked pulled pork and Better w Bacon Salad. Will return to try other sumptuous looking dishes and a very nice selection of craft draft brews. Highly recommend.

Found this place after mountain biking at Dillon State Park. So cozy, cottage/farmhouse feel with lots of plants. The service was phenomenal, all the employees were so helpful and considerate. The menu was short and sweet, with something for everyone. The beer selection was local and unique, they also had a variety of mixed drinks. We will definitely be making this a go-to spot whenever we are in the area.
