My mom and I had a delicious meal at blaze Pizza after we had a long morning walk. Jesus was our server and he performed excellent service and even brought our food to our table. He went above and beyond and we really appreciate it the work that he did.

There was only one napkin dispenser. In a corner, almost not visible. No plates to eat on. The value of the pizza was not worth the amount I paid. And it was burnt. The maranara sauce that came with our cheese bread was cold. It was my first visit and will definitely be my last.

They are a make-your-own-pizza place but just ok. We got here pretty late at night and it was empty. The guys manning the counter were a little bit confused about our orders, but we got them right at the end. I ordered the half and half signature bbq chicken with fast fired meatballs and my husband ordered the signature carnivore pizza. Both pizzas were just ok, nothing great to write home about but the carnivore was better than the chicken. I think I expected the meatballs to be fried because it said fast fired, but they were just regular meatballs. This ended up being a lot of food, so we took some home. The meatballs tasted better the next day when they were heated more. I was hopeful of this place delivering good pizza since we live within walking distance, but it is just average.

The signature herbivore pizza is a huge hit. The spicy base sauce with all the veggie toppings was splendid. And there are craft your own pizza options too to cater to pizza building enthusiasts 🙂

Blaze pizza is a must when we go to the outlets. The staff is friendly and they have always gotten our orders correct. My kids enjoy watching them prepare the pizza through the glass as you make your way to the register. Sometime it gets a little crowded inside if it’s a busy day and outside sitting it limited to a few tables.

Located in Outlet Mall in Carlsbad, this is a great location to get your teeth into very thinly crusted pizza built to choice of your toppings.
They have a wide variety of dough options including gluten free ones. Multiple sauces are available but my favorite one is spicy red – it has the right amount of kick to light to delight your taste buds.
You can fully customize your or you can pick one of the standard ones and build on top of that. My recommendation is getting the red vine with spicy red sauce and then add roasted garlic and artichokes on top.
The restaurant is fairly clean – given the amount of kids that roll in and out. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The pizza is very good and I especially like building it my way. I can get everything I like and nothing I don’t like perfection! The only short coming is they don’t offer any straws. The sippy cup lid is no good. So I just walked ♂️ next door and Tea Monks gladly provided one to me.
