I love pops their beef sandwiches are TDF they make awesome Italian sausage sandwiches also. I suggest exploring the menu. If you need catering for a kids party or a get together they have great set ups. ( secret )->try their homemade Gardinera it is really good be careful it is addictive

I have been eating at this Pops location for 10 years and their Italian beef is excellent (in taste), except for 1 detail. When you order the beef “wet” they dont seem to understand that concept of “easy au jus”. Instead, they make the sandwich dipped, or submerged in the au jus which makes it extremely difficult to eat as the bread falls apart. Chicagoans know that a beef can be wet or dipped/baptized but there are different levels of wetness. Please make the appropriate adjustments so we can keep coming back.

Pops is GREAT! They’re food is delicious, their staff is friendly, & the store is very clean. Located on Route 30 in New Lenox, Pop’s is very easy to get to & then be on your way. And their coupons are a plus!

Love the Italian sausage and it deserves to be advertised in the name. Get the red sauce on it and peppers. Peppers are not spicey but fresh tasting. They have good burgers and the fries have a really good fried taste. I always get friendly and fast service, the Italian sausage is a must!

Such a horrible customer service. Got a gyro and they forgot to put onions. Called the store and they told me that I didn’t pay for the onions. ( BTW onions comes with the sandwich. ) Another excuse was “I was not here so I can’t do anything about it”. This is how they solve the issue. The food was dry as well.
