We had to wait 1 hour for simple breakfast items. The place was about 1/3 full and staff kept saying the kitchen was inundated and backed up. They even offered a free soup to hold us over, we declined. Noticed there are other similar reviews about the food taking too long. Management needs to do a better job in having enough staff in the kitchen. The waitresses were doing the best they could. Also, stop putting cumin in the salsa you offer. That’s not right. You don’t put Cumin in a fresh salsa and your cook put so much in it.

Food and service was good! The eggs and toast dessert was very cute and tasted good as well. Would recommend the pear and goat cheese salad and the entrees we had were good as well! Overall good experience, no issues with slow service at all.

The food was just very mediocre. We got the Caesar salads, scallops, and salmon. The risotto, well kind of everything, was very bland. The drinks were mediocre too. Margarita just okay and the beer wasn’t even cold. Our server was very good though. She was sweet and attentive.

Wait an hour for my food. They weren’t even busy. My steak came and it had sauce all over as I told the waitress no sauce. It came back and my mashed potato’s were then cold. Waitress was terrible at filling our drinks. Sour cream tasted disgusting. Terrible! Won’t be back.

Waited for an hour for a table, after being told the wait time was 30 minutes. Both entrees and appetizers were cold. Requested to have it remade and no difference.

Party of 2 with a reservation, horrible dining experience. Obviously understaffed, we were forgotten by our server. Half the drinks ordered never served. Salads ordered never served. Steaks were good, but not good enough to overcome the rest of the unsatisfactory dining experience. Entrees served over one hour after ordering. I do NOT recommend. We will not be back.

Absolutely AWFUL!! Every single time I’ve ever eaten there it’s been a terrible experience all five times. There’s no customer service from the time you sit down, through the time you wait for your order, your waitress never ever comes back to check on you. Very disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Service was so bad that no one ever came to take our order, not even drinks! Lots of servers walking around but it appeared they were hiding in the back. Table next to us had to search for her waitress so she could pay her check. After a long wait, we got up and left. I would leave zero stars if that was an option. DO NOT RECOMMEND
