We tried to order a platter for a birthday party and the guy didn’t act like he knew what we were talking about so we ended up spending twice as much money buying foot-long‘s etc.. It was not ready when it was supposed to be ready and then it took forever for them to get the condiments ready the ladies that we’re working in there when I went in were good but the guy that took the order. I think it was the owner with a foreign accent. Absolutely did a horrible job at taking directions on a simple platter to feed 10 to 15 people cost us over $160. I just think it was ridiculous. I will not eat at this location

I order through the app, and it’s so convenient. The staff is so nice and our food is always fresh and packed up so nice. They will even call you if they have a question if you made an app order! My boys would eat there every day if I let them!!

Two girls working behind the counter. One just stared at me and didn’t say anything when I walked in. I ordered a foot long with half Turkey and half buffalo chicken. My partner ordered a 6” and we got two cookies and two fountain drinks. Our total was over $30 because she charged me for two sandwiches since I got different meats and said it was double the meat. I tried explaining that made no sense and she still charged me. Our order should have been around $20.

Went to this Subway just down the road, for the first time just last week. Contrary to the previous reviewers’ experiences, I found a friendly, welcoming staff that were happy to please. I’m a guy who likes to take full advantage of the free salad – and this sandwich was struggling to be folded over and cut in half. The guy doing it was friendly and the cashier just charming. I’ll go there again, no question about it – perhaps things have changed in the last 6 months!

This is the THIRD time I’ve paid for something in the app, and not gotten it with this location. I paid for a protein bowl and added extra cheese for 99cents and specified I wanted less lettuce. The bowl was FULL of lettuce and had literally ONE slice of cheese???? My husband picked it up so I wasn’t there to check it.
This has happened twice!!! We will not be back to this location. DO BETTER. HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. I should report this location to corporate for ripping people off when they use the app.

Absolutely love this Subway! Greatest staff ever, always so friendly. They always smile and treat you like family. The food is always good. The store is clean and always smells like fresh cookies or cinnamon rolls.

Let’s start with the pros – customer service was great, the vegetables looked fresh, & they did not skimp on the toppings. Now the cons – they’re out of roast beef, service was slow even with 3 employees, & the guy cutting the bread is squishing it.
